Dear Maria, I have to check the picture of your passport to remember your face since it's more than 1 month after you stayed here. You gave us 2.5 on most of the ratings, which is really sad. Cleanliness has always been on our top 2 highest score, so I'm wondering what led you to give us that score. We are located 10 minutes away from the town, and that is clearly written on our location map. If location was something important to you, you should have chosen accommodation right in town. I'm sorry about the noise of the roosters/chicken in the neighbourhood it's something I can't help since this is very common in the Philippines. I wish you had mentioned to us about your sensitivity to noise when you were here. I understand that everybody is different, but I wish you communicated to us when you were here since you rate us 7. 5 on staff ( the only good score we got from you). If you told me these, at least I was able to offer you options on my part. Pls don't say you don't recommend our place cause it's not that bad. We won't be able to maintain our good score of 9 something for the last 6yrs if guests didn't like their stay here. Thank you.

Hello Elia! Thank you for giving us positive feedback about the staff being friendly. But it's a little bit confusing since you only gave us 5 out of 10 score on staff. You gave us 2.5 score for location and 2.5 on value of money. You mentioned that our property was not convenient at all. First our location map can be easily seen in booking.com also as soon as you made your booking with us we provide you all the information you needed and that includes our location, how far we are from town, fare etc. I think your comment is not right and fair since its not our fault that you didn't read the information that was sent to you. You should have book and stay in town instead. You also mentioned that our price is too high for the level of property where infact you paid P1540 per night and this comes with complimentary breakfast, unlimited mineral water, coffee and tea available 24/7 plus toilet paper that we never ask extra payment even when our guests asks for it daily. I hope you considered all the amenities that we provide that comes with the price that you paid. As for the ants, I'm sorry this is their season and nothing much we can do about it since this is all part of nature. But our daily cleaning services are available whole day you just need to hang the make up sign outside your door. Thank you.
