Was a bit of a walk to the hotel and the front of it has changed so it was harder to find, but other then that it was good.

Pool was clean and accessible, staff friendly and rooms were very comfortable.

The ceiling must be too thin as the chair dragging and dropping of things are too loud and startled us several times especially during wee hours. It was definitely disturbing our rest especially that there are also construction going around the place.

I like the attentiveness of the staff and how they accommodate requests. They also explain policies and use of facilities very well. The buffet breakfast was also good and options are fairly varied.

There is always someone soliciting for condos in the main lobby. Be prepared to be approached and asked by someone if you're interesting in investing in property every time you walk through the lobby. Doesn't matter if you've told that person no earlier in the day, they will ask you again. The private beach and pool area is nice, however the beach area is very rocky including in the shallow areas.

Breakfast at the hotel is good, if you're a big breakfast kind of person. It is a bit pricey (right under $20) but worth it if you take advantage of the fact that breakfast is a buffet. Rooms were clean. The amenetities like the private beach and pool are offsite. There are shuttles that go every hour, but note that they often do not take back guests unless you're a senior citizen. It would be about a 10 minute walk back to the hotel. Staff was friendly as well.

Very busy with students sometimes it took a long time waiting for one of the 4 lifts. Breakfast caters mainly for Koreans

- The gym facilities were pretty old, and the gym was a lot smaller than it seemed on the photos. - While the breakfast was good but a lot of the hot food was cold (like baked beans and eggs). There weren't many healthy options except for some watermelon. - There was always something "unavailable" on the menu at dinner time (this is not a hotel-specific thing, I later learned, but part of the culture as a whole) - Don't expect much more outside of the resort if you're planning to leave it - the area is mostly still being built!

The rooms are good. The staff is amazing. But this was the only hotel in my life where i had to wait 20-25 minutes to be able to enter the breakfast room… the food itself was very good, also the staff amazing… but the breakfast place is just wayyy to small for a hotel with so many rooms. I had the feeling that the hotel was not even full, but lobby and breakfast room are just too small designed for so many guests. Pool and staff there was great. Surroundings of hotel is just a building ground, only construction ongoing now, might be nice in future. Hotel was noisy in nights (many talking in hallways from other guests)

First, the room is small for the price, my arm hurts with the bump of the tv on the wall because it’s just a small space gap from the bed. Can just fit one person when passing and then going to the toilet. Second, there’s no luggage rack. Third, no closet, just a rack for hanging clothes, it’s open. Maybe it’s my preference, but just too messy to look at. Fourth, you need to walk to the Mactan Newtown beach - 5-10 mins dependent on speed. It’s fine to walk as it’s exercise, but it’s the heat. There’s a shuttle though but just every hour. Fifth, lobby is small for their hotel size. Always crowded when we’re there.

The staffs are polite and friendly. Clean hotel. Great view. Mactan Newtown beach and pool has an amazing view. We did enjoy our time swimming there.

Swimming pool could have been larger, but it was a pretty nice place to relax after a long day. The view from it was excellent, and it was very clean and relaxing.

Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom and no luggage rack in the room. We had three large suitcases so it was a little difficult having space to open them all.

It was very busy during our stay

It can get a bit busy a weekends, which one can see at the beach club / pool and at the breakfast buffet

Stayed here before. Overall a great hotel, comfortable beds and nice breakfast buffet. The great thing is the free access to the beach club with a large pool and beach section, just a short walk from the hotel or via shuttle bus.
