The water in the bathroom is always very hot and the AC is sometimes a bit too cold. Other than that the place is great value for money and the location is great too.

The staff is extremely polite, nice and helpful. I had to check-in very late and they were accommodating.

It’s close to Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos where the night markets are.

Walking distance to most of the tourist spots. Seems it is just meant to sleep at. Definitely use again on the next visit.

There was an issue with the water that made both the shower and bidet run black.

The location was close to the town and quiet. The room was clean and airconditioned with an ensuite bathroom. There was free filtered water on the ground floor. It was the best value for money available in the somewhat expensive Vigan City.

The staff was very nice, the location was really good, especially during the Ilocos Sur Festival. And I recommend checking out the roof top view.

Just make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo. It would be nice to add a bathroom mat by the door so as not to get the bedroom floor all wet. The design and layout of the building does mean the window opens to the inside courtyard, not the outside. This has the advantage of reducing road noise but of course it means no view and potentially a bit less privacy.

I liked the location, just a few minutes from the main square. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was simple but very comfortable, including the bed and pillows. Everything was clean if a little dusty in areas. There was hot or cold drinking water available. The air conditioner did cool down the room quickly though it is very noisy. Fortunately I didn’t need it overnight for the four nights I stayed. Just a few steps away to the left as you go out of the property there was a nice family place to buy bibingka. And a few steps past that a very nice restaurant, still on the same side of the road. Thank you so much to all the team for helping me to have a comfortable and memorable visit to Vigan.

It would have been nice to have some house cleaning done on a regular basis

No soap at all to wash hands and no toilet paper. No hot shower but I didn't mind that too much as water is not that cold. Bucket in shower room could do a bit of cleaning. Air conditioner's filter badly needs cleaning especially that the room has no window. Bin in room half full when we arrived.

I like the staff; they are friendly and attentive. Location very convenient being walking distance to eating places, cafes, shops and heritage sites. Building looks quite modern, clean & not creepy. Shower room is big. There's drinking water outside our room which was a big plus. Good enough for the price.

Couldn't sleep, the aircon from upstairs kept dripping on to the tin on our aircon, very annoying

No bidets or hot shower in the bathroom. No elevator but it’s manageable since it’s a 3 storey building.

It’s clean, comfortable, quiet and safe place to stay. Literally 7 mins walk from Calle crisologo. Friendly staff they let us borrow their umbrella when it’s raining and the price is worth the money because what you see is what you get.
