Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Staff seem as though you’d be better off sleeping somewhere else. Restaurant opened late and we were allocated tables near an overflowing aircon.
Fantastic rooms and location. Nice linen and beds. Breakfast was ok.

When I went to order dinner one night, the staff in the cafe struggled to understand my questions because their level of English is not good. The room size is quite small and it was difficult to open my large suitcase.
The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms are comfortable enough. The shower was probably the best part of our stay, it was warm and powerful. The TV in the room has a chrome cast which is very nice. One nice touch was the personalised messages on our breakfast table each morning.

The connected rooms by a door. I tried to ask for a separate one but wasn’t able to provide. Low voltage outlets.

Matipid sa sabon and shampoo, I wish they add some amount more of the shampoo and bigger soap
Location and comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is also good.

i had to pay for a mug that broke. they put the mug on top of a slippery rectangular ceramic thing right below where the guest would put his/her jacket. the mug would get easily swept off the slippery thing on that cheap nailed-to-the-wall table.

Parking space can only accomodate six cars the most?
Modest room but clean and having a boxy restaurant that offers a la carte menu. Indeed, a decent place to stay for a day or two, if you want to explore the city.

Limited choice of breakfast dishes. No fruits. I am a Filipino but do not take typical Filipino breakfast. No alternative choice. Dead end.

You cannot have breakfast before 7 AM although their website clearly indicated breakfast from 6 AM onwards. Someone sleeps on the couch in the reception and I find it as an eyesore. Internet TV was not working at all.
Location is very good. Staff is friendly and they provide parking although it can be also full. the room is generally clean and and is big. They provide pitcher and drinking water stations in each floor which i think is great.

Some guests should be told not to make noise or close the door lightly especially at night. The rooms are not sound proofed so we can hear those who are in the corridor.
Clean and comfortable. Very accessible across Veterans Bank (side street) at Divisoria.

Hallway stunk for some reason. Cleaning staff was a bit noisy in the morning. Most grab drivers and taxi didn't know where it was located.
It was close to many things in the city. It was clean and felt safe.

Rooms were a little on the small side. The drain in the shower was a little slow

The beds are facing the toilet & shower walls which are translucent. We are friends travelling together so when one has to use the toilet or shower, the others had to stay in lobby to give privacy.
Good value for money & comes with complimentary breakfast. The room is clean, the attendants are very friendly. The cafe at the second floor serves good coffee & food.

- The front desk staff Razel was not very helpful and gave wrong information about my booking. She seemed aloof and unable to answer any of my basic reservation questions. - I also requested an extra bed in our room, and Razel initially said "okay". Thirty minutes later, I followed up, she retracted her statement, and said that they cannot provide any extra beds in the room. It's as if I were waiting for nothing. - The booking of two twin beds per room was not followed, even though it was explicitly requested before checking in, and no offers of amends were given. - Toilet water was black in color during every flush, as the water closet seemed to be stained. - The bathroom floor was always wet because of a leaky toilet. - We stayed for three nights, but housekeeping never serviced our rooms. - Dining room seating for breakfast was very limited, and staff do not bus out the tables promptly, so used dishes are left to sit.
- The location is right in the middle of the city center, providing great access to both CDO Uptown and Downtown. - Breakfast is delicious, and the serving size was adequate. - The elevator is fast and very reliable.
