Excellent apartment! Very spacious. Loved that the bedroom was interior so it was completely dark at night. We had plenty of space in the living room to spread out all of our belongings. The owner is very kind and a dog-lover! We loved seeing her dogs each day. The location is excellent.

The people are so lovely and work really hard to make your stay comfortable. We got our own full appartment, there was so much space. Everything was really clean and they even did our laundry. Location is really convenient: close to the beach, lots of restaurants, but in quiet street. We decided to stay an extra night, it was our best stay in the Philipines of our one month trip.

Perfect location. Walking distance from the main street and the beach, but really quiet. Good breakfast, reliable WiFi, and friendly staff. They helped us to book a transfer to Cebu city and had option to rent a motor bike at the hotel. The room is very comfortable, with a living room, a varanda at the front and a balcony at the back with clothes line.

The path from the main road to Moalboal Cay is not lighted at night. It's a quick walk from the main road though.

It was near the cafes and restaurants along Panagsama Beach. The owner Betsy was helpful and also has a restaurant right outside on the main road which was nice.

There are lots of cockerels crowing in the area and dogs barking, but it's in the countryside so it's understandable and it didn't stop me sleeping or lessen my enjoyment.

It's in a superb location. It's 10 minutes walk from the sardine run diving area and only 5 minutes walk to plenty of bars and restaurants. Yet, it's set back from the town so it's peaceful enough to relax. The staff are lovely. Really friendly and helpful.

The staff was exceptional. They were really forthcoming and are a brilliant textbook example of how to make someone feel welcomed! We even had a day of sickness and they assisted us with everything in their power. Nugget the dog is adorable 😁 The facilities were all very clean and well maintained and the location although pretty central, was secluded enough to guard you from all the noise of the Main Street.

Very clean and modern building with a pleasant yard. The building has four large suites, each with a balcony. The breakfasts were basic but nicely done. It's in a quiet location, but within easy walking distance to the restaurants, bars, shops and beach. The manager and staff were all very courteous and helpful.

Ants were quite hard to get rid of

I like that the property is really close to the main tourist stretch of panagsama road and the staff are always so kind and willing to accommodate different breakfast meal preferences. They also helped us to call for a tuktuk at an affordable rate. Wifi was also quite fast.

The road to the property is a bit difficult to walk when it rained.

We are very happy how clean the accommodation is. This is the cleanest place we stayed during our trip in Philippines. It’s very spacious as well. The owner and the staff are amazingly helpful. Both transfer arranged by them were very nice, very good driver and comfortable car. Breakfast is good and fresh.

I think guests would benefit from more comfortable sofas in the living room.

I liked all the amenities we had in our room and I also loved the front and back porches. The staff was really helpful and thoughtful.

Nothing really but there were a lot of ants in the room so you had to be careful not to leave open food in the room. Bedroom was in a separate room inside (no windows) so no ants there. There was a fan in room connected to the bedroom which made quite noise. Hard to sleep until we detected you could pull out the electric plug from fan and just have the AC-unit on. AC was silent.

Nice place with good location not so far from main street. Liked the hot shower. Breakfast of good quality though it was not so much. You could choose from five sets. We took oatmeal one day and another day fresh fruit with youghurt. To drink you could choose between tea or coffee or juice I believe. Cold water you could fill up yourself at the bar. Small refrigerator in room with items you could buy and also a little space left were you could put small things yourself. No kettle in room as stated on booking.com but that was no problem as we got to lend a kettle and tea cups when we asked for it. 👍 Overall friendly personal. Owner helped with transportation to and from airport. 👍 We got help booking a tricycle for transport in Moalboal and to Kawasanfalls. Nice! 👍

Wasn't on the beach, but so what! Not a big deal for me. It was only a few minutes walk away.

Very comfortable and quite. It was about a block off the main street so you didn't hear the motorbikes and horns. But still only about a 5 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. There was a good variety of breakfast options but I always ordered the scrambled eggs, bacon, and juice. The owner was very good at helping me setup: - Canyoneering to Kawasan Falls - Whale shark viewing in Oslob - Motorbike rental for the day - transportation to/from the Cebu airport All responsibly priced!

Everything was great

The inner bedroom in the apartment was ideal as it meant that it was silent at night. The bed was comfy and the apartment was spotless. Breakfast was simple but cooked freshly each day. We especially liked the tasteful festive decorations.

Nice place away from the main road but very walkable to the sardine run area/beach. Very quiet inside the bedroom when we closed the bedroom door. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. Clean inside the room and within the compound. Has life vest in good condition for rent. Friendly staff helped us with our bags and orientated us with the rooms and other things we should know. At check-out, the staff kindly called for a tuk-tuk and ensured we will not pay an unreasonable tourist price.

Very quiet place but also very close to the Main Street. Nice breakfast options, Betsy and her staff were very friendly, free refill cold water. The rooms are really big, very clean and well equipped. We just had such good nights sleep as the bedroom itself doesn’t have a window, so no daylight which is quite exceptional in the Philippines, and no noise from the dogs or roosters! AC was super modern and quiet. We really loved our stay here!
