Our towels weren’t changed during our whole stay we had to ask the reception to give us new towels many times

The room was a bit smelly and could have been cleaner. The location is 10 mins walking outside the main road

each pool is shared by several cabins. we had the pool straight in front of our sleeping Room. nice view. but also everyone can look inside your bed if you keep the curtains open. Plus it can be a bit noisy if people use the pool just in front of your sleeping room. No biggie though!

We were unfortunate enough that they were doing some building work on the room next to ours throughout our entire stay and it was extremely loud and disruptive from as early as 7.45am. We had booked blauset as a more luxurious place to rest and hang out by the pool etc on a long backpacking trip and stretched our budget so it kind of ruined that for us. I totally understand that maintenance is needed sometimes but I don't feel they should have rented out the rooms adjacent to the building work for that period. It's a large property and the further away rooms were quiet enough. At the very least I think we should have been warned when we booked it and given the option to cancel.

The rooms are lovely and spacious with big comfy beds and the garden and pool area very pretty, the kitchen was also nice to prepare some basic meals and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If not for the below we would have enjoyed our stay very much!

The location, although is not so far away from the main road walking in the muddy bumpy road is not really great especially at night time. The water is a bit smelly too like dirt.

the kitchen was kind of a let down a bit, because it was outside me and my wife could not use it because of a stray dog but having the refrigerator was good to have

The room for 4 people wasn’t the best since they had a double bed and two bunk beds. The wifi did not really work, the pool was pretty small and the shower did not work really well

It seems the power grid of General Luna cannot handle the amount of tourists. We had 3 brownouts in 2 days. So it‘s time for Blauset to get a generator

There's a weird rule about visitors and a cost to anyone who comes in 300 of their currency, instantly felt like a restriction. My hob cooker didn't start every time with matches.

The staff were just incredible and always a massive positive smiley face whenever you saw them. The rooms were big and spacious and it was great getting to use the pool to relax.

Only tiny things like no hot water in the shower and some construction work noises early in the morning.

Such a lovely property great value of money and the staff are so nice and we’re so helpful. The property is in a great location and is really nice.
