Our 5 bed- room only had 1 toilet.

The location was great, in a very central part of the island and right in front of the beach. We got the family room and it was nice, each person had their own bed and a little bit of space

It was nice because it was beachfront, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was very spacious for our family.

- The place needs more work. Its old woody hut style. - Two floor house-hut with 1 toilet that was leaking and tight, and its exhaust fan was out of order. - The TV was out of order, and they promised to fix it (we stayed 2 days without it). - The roles of the place are surprisingly funny. We were not allowed to go up (firat floor) with our shoes, we have to leave it outside. They count towels upon leaving the place. The front desk staff had to rwad all of the R&R before admission to the property. - The property beds were ok, but the bed sheets were very old (as if never changed for months). We informed the staff to change it on the first night, but they ignored our request. - The place has no porter or helper. We had to carry all our heavy luggage from the main road till up to our rooms (most of the hotels around it have concierge service. - They have free Wifi but are very slow and unstable

- The location is the best thing there . It opens through the general Boracay beach and almost at the centre of all hotels. Near the drop on and off the trip boats. - The staff were fine. - A very delicious restaurant is located below the property (named ARMY NAVY). That was the best thing as it was reasonably priced.

I got locked up inside my room when doorknob broke cause it’s too old. Safety deposit or locker will be a great addition. They only provided thin bed sheet even AC is too cold. Nobody knows in the island the hotel exists. I need to tell them I stay in the Army Navy.

Beach front, close to everything. You’ll get what you pay for.

They dont have a working POS where i can use my mastercard for payment..they insist on cash payment only on such a big amount..no other option available.. I guarantee my payment during booking using my mastercard which i cannot use it the hotel.

A few step away is the white sand of the beach of Boracay! The perfect location where it is in between in Station 1 & 2 of Boracay. It is a central location for a night life, resto and bar

The staff were pretty much hands off unless asked for assistance. Also, they did not make it clear that their rooms are above the ArmyNavy food place.

Staff didn't initiate to offer replacement of towels, floor mats and mugs, we had to ask. There was also a confusion on the payment as they wanted cash instead of charging it to my credit card (which was used for booking). Anyway, it was sorted immediately.

Located in between station 1 and 2; beachfront; simple/minimalist interior design; early check in was available; breezy airport to hotel transfer and vice versa (separate booking); shower with heater; no security guard but our bags were safe all throughout the stay.

The property is not soundproof. During our stay, there was an event outside the hotel. Our family was not able to sleep properly due to the loud sound of the music festival that happened last May 1, 2024. The receptionist is not that accommodating.

The beddings and towels were quite old and really thin.

Location of the property is at it’s best!Accessible to everything and it’s in between of station 1&2.We got a seafront view and it’s perfect.

Adding a small table with a chair in the rooms would be nice for bringing a laptop and do some minor work, but still a very good place.

The place is nice, well located and clean, very good comparison quality price.

The aircon in the first room was not making the room cool enough and there is water leaking from the aircon. In the balcony there were chairs but no table so if you plan to use the balcony to chill at night then that will be difficult. There is only one bathroom for a room which good for 5-6 pax this may not be convenient for some guest.

Location is good. Close to restaurants and the beach.

They don't have rugs outside the toilet and no sleeper inside the room so it's uncomportable to walk around the room once you get out of the toiler

The toilet was clogged and I asked the staff to try to fix it. When I came back at night, the toilet was still clogged and there was no staff available. I had to find a plunger and unclog it myself.

The beds were nicely separated on different floors. The location was central to all of Boracay.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the hallway and some in the room too. It would be good if there is a bidet in the toilet.

The only thing we didn't like is that it raining one night and the water is dripping from the roof. Air-condition machine sound is too noisy. I hope they can fix it because the accomodation spot is great.

Aircon upstairs needs cleaning or replacement. It doesn't always blow cold air even if its set to 17 degrees C. Its hot upstairs. A lot of noise due to the restaurant below. And maybe it is the exhaust of the resto below. Very very noisy. You can think of it as white noise but its not. It goes off in the morning but the was a night when the noise just doesnt stop. It rained one morning and there are drips coming from the ceiling. They need to have that fixed.

The location of the hotel is near D'mall and station 1. It is also a beach front property with a balcony facing the beach. Room is very spacious for 6 people. The room is clean. Balcony has a ok view since a lot of trees are covering up the beach view. Beds are clean and ok. Comfort room and bathroom is ok. Fridge is working. Aircon downstairs is cold. Table is provided and lots of chairs. Towels are provided. Price is great. Lots of convinience stores when you go out. Near restaurants.

The towels are old and worn out. They balcony facing the beach is awesome but lacks good facilities.

Definitely a beach front property. Close to all restaurants and D’mall. They have a good and working air condition 24 hours and hot water too in the bathroom.
