Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayVery comfortable rooms, great location and helpful staff. We loved the swim up bar, even though it rained a lot (we went in the rainy season, that’s on us). The staff were polite and greeted us when passing in the halls and when we were coming and going between the hotel and the beach. We had breakfast included, and the buffet was great, with lots of options. The hotel is close to the beach so you can easily walk over and use the sunbeds at the beach, just remember to pick up a beach/pool towel by the pool before heading out.

AustraliaOur only complaint was that our room located near the beach was above the bar that is open until 4am. The music was really loud and kept us awake for a few nights until we could be moved.
The location is great. We liked having the Hennan staff on the beach to locate beach lounges for us. Pool with swim up bar is nice. Rooms are nice and big. Breakfast had a big selection at the buffet but we preferred Christina's.

United Arab EmiratesBathroom looks a bit old and could be upgraded. My bedsheet had a hole on the side. HSK should have seen it. Breakfast was overcrowded, food options not so good. There is a la carte restaurant who wants to have quiet and good quality food. Be aware that hotel beach is public beach, and can be accessed by everyone - it’s not a private beach.
Great location, just at the white beach. Room was specious. Big property, many outlets. Gym personell was great. Guys at the beach did great job.
