Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn't like the overlooking wall also the lights in our room is a bit dim, no white light. They don't have an intercom phone for other questions and inquiries from the guests. Hoping that they should have a pitcher at least so guests could get enough water they need from the ground floor.
I like the ambiance of the hotel and the accommodating staff. They have free coffee and water on the ground. It's just that the door going upstairs is a bit heavy when you have something in your hand.

Maybe the security guard? He seems gloomy. It won't hurt if he smiles at the guest. But he's doing his job properly.
I paid for 50% of its regular rate here in Booking website. I thought that I would be paying additional fee when I check in but I was wrong. The check in was very smooth and the receptionist is very accommodating.

Rooms are too small

Bathroom/shower might feel a bit small for taller people, and they should pay a little more attention to cleaning around their soap dispensers. But nothing too bad, all necessary things are very clean. People might want to take note that there’s no elevator, just stairs
The room was comfy enough, beds were very comfortable. All good for the price. Lobby is also good to work in, and the water dispenser at the lobby was the best part. Also a good distance from good local coffee shops and restaurant establishments. Overall, comfortable for a weeklong stay and really good value for money.

The bathroom is old and honestly, I don’t even know what to say other than meh. It’s a hotel room that you’ll expect with a budget— anyways — there was a problem with the smell. We had three rooms booked and two of the three rooms smell like poop! Seriously what’s with budget hotels here in the PH having a smell problem. In conclusion, it’s okay. Note: There’s no elevator 💀
The bed’s are alright and the warm ambiance lighting definitely carries the room.

staff courtesy. no elevator & placed me on the 4th floor. Im a 50 year old asthmatic, who just had lung surgery. i asked if i can be transferred to a lower floor. staff said no. without even bothering to consider my situation. I paid for 2 nights even if i knew i’ll only be there in a day (less than 24 hrs), so i can rest as soon as i arrive from the airport. a little courtesy would have been appreciated. bu NO. front desk staff was too lazy to assist.

Bathroom is small and can get everything wet when you shower. There are some signs of age although it is generally clean and I did not see any molds or corrosion.
Comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, very very clean! Came with basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable slippers, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bathroom tissues. Towels were old but clean and functions well. Hot shower water! Lobby serves free coffee and water which you can bring up to your room. This is well appreciated.
