Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PhilippinesNot so much channels, TV is lagging. Towels smells too strong of detergents. Also the waze is pinning the back part of the hotel which was confusing. Other than that, we had a really great stay and would definitely book here again.
Right in the center. Pharmacies, fast food and other food establishments are nearby. Room is great, unli coffee, water and well lit room. Great staff as well. Heater was working as well. Room is as shown in the pictures.

JapanThe staff exhibited a welcoming and accommodating demeanor during the first two nights of our stay. However, their behavior shifted in subsequent nights, becoming less cordial (we stayed for 5 nights btw). Maybe they're tired? 🤷♀️ I asked for bedsheets change after the 2nd night but their policy is to change it after the 3rd night. Oh well! The separation between the shower area and the toilet/wash area is inadequate, as water still splashes into the toilet/wash area while showering. I'm a freelancer, so I needed a desk and chair to get some work done. But all they had was a little bedside table that was the same height as the chair. It was really uncomfortable. It'd be great if they could swap it for a real desk.
☑️ room size - average, accessible as it's the 2nd room from the entrance ☑️ bed - comfortable ☑️ stable internet ☑️ unlimited drinking water ☑️ dining area - average ☑️ TV was working too! ☑️ the hotel is in the 2nd floor but their guard can assist you with your stuff ☑️ location - fantastic ☑️ bonus points for the mango vendor outside and the nearby fastfood chains--- the unlimited chicken and seafood resto is a must try 🤤

PhilippinesI was surprised that the hotel was in a 3rd floor building, I think they just rented the 3rd and 4th stories of that building and you have to take the stairs because there is no elevator available, but it's not a problem. If you're on a budget but looking for a clean and comfortable hotel to stay, I would definitely recommend this. 🙂
I like the hotel lounge and it's free coffee 😍.

PhilippinesNo individual heater /water in the room but you can get it on the lounge area(refill your bottles or make your coffee there instead). The bidet loses water pressure sometimes but is still usable The room key card that provides power in our room is installed incorrectly in our room (is sideways) and we had to improvise to prevent it from falling. Still uses a physical key to open the room tho.
Rooms is bigger than the one we had on Ben🌹, and more affordable considering we booked online and not on a site. The front desk was nice enough to tell us that it is indeed cheaper to book online than on the front desk. We extended our stay for 4 days, We love the cozy lounge area/lobby area. We like the coffee too -they provide creamer and sugar. The room we stayed in was good, the AC can be noisy (window type and old ) but it was considerably clean. The shower head looks dirty but the water coming from it is clean. Has hot and cold water options that work. . Overall, we like our stay in Bridge Hotel. The staff are friendly and nice 🌟

PhilippinesRooms could be maintained better. The drainage had a smell and the walls in the bathroom were moldy. There were also some stains on the mattress and bedside table. Noisy air-conditioner and motorcycles on the street. Things used to be nice but were not kept that way.
The beds were comfortable and clean with very cozy comforters. Free coffee and unlimited drinking water were a plus. Location is very central in Cagayan de Oro. Room and bath have good layout.

PhilippinesIt was weird that the bidet was placed on the left side instead of the right. The bathroom was not clean to my liking.
I like that there is a common area with tables and chairs where you could eat and relax if you do not want to go back to your room. Free water and coffee in the common area. They also provide disposable slippers which others don’t provide. Wifi was fast.

The place is located at the city center. There are many fast food stores and restaurants nearby. The bed and pillows are soft and staying here is good for its value. The receptionists are kind also and helpful to tourists.
