Place has pest problem, lack of toiletries, only 4 towels provided for 3 days stay, no wash cloths and only one hand towel, sunken bathroom is a tripping hazard.

Location, location, location, very close to Megamall, podium, EDSA Shangrila etc, walking distance to Ortigas MRT station, place was spacious and has nice view of the City. The breakfast buffet was pretty good and staff offered great service but not included in the price of accomodation. All staff were courteous, accomodating, responsive reflecting true Filipino hospitality. I like the fact that the laundry service were excellent and great price in my opinion- just drop off then pick up with clean and nicely folded clothes. The host was responsive and nice.

The beddings have traces of glitter and it was kinda itchy. Initially we could access Youtube but lost it when we tried again. I hope there'll be access to Netflix or Youtube in the future.

It was a lovely home, good for 4-6 persons. It has most of the things you might need! AC works nicely. Checking in and out was easy. Host was kind and responsive. The place is very close to SM Megamall. We'll book again in the future.

Netflix is logging hard to watch,hope they can fix it, nevertheless all are great.

Confusing lobby and tower to check in, though its indicated in the messages sent by host.

The room exceeded my expectation for the price I paid. Its really value for money. Complete amenities, bed quality is superb that's why we all slept very well coming from long hour flight .All appliances are working / functioning well. Dining, kitchen ambience and space is good for family to relax. I appreciate that parking is also reserved. Im glad I cancelled my booking in Condo near Mall of Asia because of high price and no assured parking.Location is just in front of Megamall.Its my birthday when we stayed so I have a great time, Thank you JM & your partner .I hope we could still reserve the same room again

Elevators are slow, pool and there are some small roaches and TV is quite old so Netflix won’t connect, good thing we brought a laptop/macbook.

Absolutely loved the convenience! The apartment was spotless and had a great city view. Being across from the mall made shopping and dining super easy.

The meralco man delivered the bill. Since we didn't know a bit, we just asked him to leave the bill with us. He threatened to cut the electricity. And true enough after a few minutes the electricity went off. Good thing is we are about to check out. Had it happened earlier, we would be forced to leave the property earlier.

The place is clean and spacious, comfortable to stay in. It provides basic amenities. Convenient location if you want to go around Ortigas area. Recommendable except for the surprise we encountered towards the end of our stay.

NO information that I booked it as AirBNB reason i lined -up for 30 minutes in the hotel lobby ending up to confusion from the receptionist etc.

Breakfast so expensive. No airport shuttle for guest of hotel. No parking for guest visitors.

The security of the guest staying in the hotel. No loitering. The closeness of the hotel to megamall and surrounding area. Accessible to transportation and shopping. Peacefull and best of all the staff are so accomodating.

Nothing I can think of during our stay

The unit is strategically located and highly accessible to public and private transport, spa (massage, mani/pedi) and laundromat (both at the g/f of the building), pharmacy, supermarket, convenient store and major shopping malls. It is literally at the back of Mega Mall. The price is also practically reasonable for a 2 bedroom accommodation with a decent kitchen and living room. The walk in closet is a plus. It is very close to home whether you're an expat after convenience and proximity to amenities or a local who just wish to relax. Although WiFi and Netflix are expected, little treats and snacks are welcome surprises. There's even a medicine kit for emergency! Host was prompt in replying to queries.Check in and out are a breeze.

It’s very dirty. The floors are really dusty. Not enough towels too. The fixtures are also broken. Door locks don’t work properly.

3 PM standard check-in instead of 2PM and early check-out at 11AM which is less than a day's rental. But the host was kind enough to accommodate us even before 2:30PM! There's a nice and big flatscreen TV but no Netflix or cable-- we depended on the local channel which was blurred. I didn't bother to ask the host anymore since I brought my laptop.

The place has a nice ambience — cozy, clean, yet spacious, making it very comfortable to stay in. It has a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, big refrigerator, microwave oven, toiletries etc. It's also strategically located: SM Megamall is just across the street, there's a 7-Eleven conveniently downstairs, and even a salon nearby. Everything you need is within easy reach! Perfect staycation for the family when in the metro!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and check-in was no hassle. Great location—close to a lot of major malls but still quiet and relaxing. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
