Great location, they have mini restaurant downstairs which serves really good food(as per our liking) Pity there's no elevator, if you have heavy stuff you would struggle to get to your room as in my case! But otherwise, overall we had a nice stay!

There's no elevator (or maybe it is under repair?). The water pressure on the sink faucet was weak, and so was the shower. They don't have bed room slippers and a mat outside the bathroom. I'm not sure if these are required for budget hotels these days, but they would have been nice. Other than these and other minor and forgettable inconveniences, I think this place gives you your money's worth for a budget hotel.

The location is convenient. The main road (Lacson Street) is just a couple of meters away. The place is near to a lot of stores, restaurants, and other conveniences. It was easy to find. They have friendly and helpful staff. Plus, the check-in and check out process was fairly quick and straightforward. The linens were clean and well maintained.

The bedsheets didn't look like they were changed. There was a used towel in the bathroom that was also hanging behind the door. The towels also had some stains which may mean that they were not new or not cleaned properly.

Location was excellent - a convenience store was nearby and the hotel is along Lacson street which has a lot of places to go to. The staff were also quite friendly

No lift. It’s not suitable for travelers with heavy luggage. The toilet is dirty (should be maintained) and the towels are musty. The room is dusty which triggered my allergic rhinitis. The AC is too loud!

The staff are not that friendly and accomodating.

The rooms are spacious with good pillows and blanket. The amenities are great and also good value for money. The location is in the center of Bacolod City which is very good!

The bathroom was big but needed new shower curtain, bathroom mat and hooks for the towels. Internet in my room was weak so I had to switch to my own data.

Location is very convenient. Quiet but on the main Lacson Street, very easy to get a taxi or Grab car. It is also walking distance to stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. Room was spacious and has a table and chair for working and eating. There is also a place to hang clothes. But they can add more features like better lighting, picture frames, etc. Bed was big and comfortable. Their lobby has an attached cafe which is currently not used. It is a place to study and some guests would stay there to eat or work. Bathroom has a bidet. The hotel can actually improve a lot considering that it is in a good location. But expect perhaps that prices will increase a bit. There are other hotel choices nearby at a higher price.

I had an early check-in with a fee but the bath was not clean and the towels smelled. Water from the shower did not flow well, they should also replace their pillows. The service tray was also very dusty, and I had to ask for sugar twice.

The bedsheets were not really clean. One of the rooms were also not really clean a lot of dust on higher surfaces. The door handle mechanism to one of the rooms were beginning to fall out of the side of the door. One of the rooms had no window, the other had a window facing a narrow passage with a fire escape. The access way to one of the rooms was down a slanted floor, that made one worry if it would be safe to walk without slipping. The breakfast restaurant had a nice menu - but most of the items were unavailable. Only rice with bacon and eggs seemed to be available. It would have been nice with some bread as well.
