There should be gravel be poured along the pathways, both for cars and for people pathways, the pathways and parking tend to be muddy when it rains.

The hotel can benefit from an outside spruce-up. Inside the rooms, however, was great. Our hotel room was newly renovated, and CR is spic and span.

Breakfast was available at the restaurant, relatively cheap but quality. The farm atmosphere is simply perfect, very relaxing, with greenery around. The choices of recreation also provide ample activities for hubby and my son. I loved the walks, and the views on the place is great. Would love to go back.

beautiful garden with a lot of plants, staff is lovely, restaurant was ok, some meals weren't available, price a bit too high for a very basic hut, all in all but very worth fully. nice place!

Need to have more activity options within the facility. One family member also had accident at their wooden bridge. Power also was fluctuating. Food also took 2 hours to be served at their restaurant.

You can hear noises in the corridor and there were guests that were singing with videoke a bit loud at night. Additional activities are a bi pricey though.

The food is good and affordable. The view is very peaceful and refreshing.

The whole place is massive but only a few activities for kids besides the pool. I hope there will be a kid's park in the future. The hotel room is quite old and it smells old too. They didn't seem to maintain the property quite well. Lights were so dim because the other bulbs are not working. Maybe the other cottages don't look like the hotel but I hope they will maintain or even renovate some parts of the hotel rooms. Some parts of the cabinet were falling off.

Food was great! There's no food that we didn't like. All the staffs are kind as well. Not crowded and we almost had the whole place for ourselves. Maybe because we booked during off-peak season and during the weekdays. The ambiance is so relaxing as well - very good for mental health.

The food is quite pricey, and you need to drive out if you want other food options. Also, maybe they need to change to a more energy efficient air-conditioning.

Love the outdoor space, great that there is a swimming pool. The whole place looks a little old, but some amenities were recently renovated like the bathroom.

The hotel in general needs serious upgrade. It's very old and dated. Although it's not rundown, it would be a lot better if they could do some upgrades.

The breakfast was the ordinary tapsilog, longsilog etc... nothing special. If you like these, perhaps it would be ok for you considering that it's already included on their rate. The location was a bit far and secluded. Once you arrive inside the place, you will no longer think of going out to get some food or other supplies due to the long distance from the downtown. Make sure to bring your food and supplies with you. The roads leading to this place are well paved but very very dark when we get there at around 7pm. The hotel needs serious upgrade. I felt like I time travelled in the 70's. The bed sheets and towels are clean though. The resort made a humble upgrade on the toilet by updating the tiles. It was clean and good enough for its price. The place was very serene and green. They made a constant effort in maintaining the grass and plants. Perhaps, it would compensate for all the not so good impressions that you might have. Although it was not spectacular, our family enjoyed our stay albeit short. We can consider coming back when we go to Caliraya area.

that my request for clean shower head was not followed. the room is a bit outdated and weary. the staff in the hotel hallway are bit noisy. its raining when we were there, lack of pathwalk and indoor activities. there ahould be security roaming around, one time someone tried to open our room they thought its there friends room it scared me a bit since they are foreigners. they book our room in between of those large group, these large group were noisy, slamming the doors and tried to open our unit. TV not working they put in a couple of movie though lack of souvenir items sink in the bathroom is too low there should be a fan as an option if the guest would like to turn off the AC

The pool is open to day trippers when staying guests should have exclusivity for the rate we are paying The water dispenser at the hallway is always empty and even if we remind the staff to replace , we just end up frustrated and going out to buy bottled water The rooms smell musty , and the curtains have molds, the aircon noisy , there were two very small tables that are not even enough for luggages so our luggages were on the floor. The closets smell bad so we didn’t dare put clothes in there Service staff almost invisible. We only saw them when we checked in and checked out
