- Staff did not update my request for reschedule despite them having personally confirmed the change in schedule TWICE. - Staff also tried to escape from their accountability by trying to hand me off to another group of guests staying there (take note, this group are complete strangers to me) - When I refused (obviously), staff told me to book again via this app for the day in conflict instead of them fixing their mistake at their end - Another staff finally came to fix things but the first staff REPEATEDLY mentioned that my last night's stay will be taken off their personal expense—which is borderline guilt tripping as if it's my fault THEY made a mistake :))

I stayed with my family for 1 night and probably spent $250.00 on 2 rooms plus food which is kind of expensive but the thing that really was concerning was that they were doing personal swimming lessons for folks not even staying at the hotel which in my opinion is ridiculous because it interfered with my kids enjoying the pool.

This was the 2nd time that we stayed here and it was actually better then the first time. The menu actually had the food items this time and the pool staff was great.

We opted to stay here since it shows that they have a pool which my nieces and nephew will enjoy plus they have an airport shuttle service. If you plan to avail the airport shuttle, you need to inform them in advance and probably best to call them - I don't think they check the messages from booking.com very often. We weren't picked up at the airport when we arrived as they mentioned that they have already picked up their guest and we didnt confirm our arrival. Had they checked the messages I left, they would have been informed. Btw, early check in costs you 30% of your rate. Regarding the rooms, we added an extra bed since we were 5 and we got the quadruplex room, it was spacious but there were cockroaches and there was a smell like it's been empty for a long time. For the facility, it looks like they have a pool but when we arrived we came to know that it's only complimentary access for 4 hours per day from the adjacent resort. Lastly, I suggest to not take the breakfast which costs you 400php per person when the restaurant only charges 300php per plate and since it's near other establishments, you can walk around or opt to have food delivered to you.

They have a very good location. It was few minutes away from what we needed to visit and it was near malls and the airport.

800 pesos for two breakfasts I thought that was a bit high . Having to walk through the dining area each time going in and out of the hotel .

Situated close to the coach station. The swimming pool was good . The food was OK.

Check in time is supposed to be at 2pm. We arrived at the property at 2:30 and the room is not yet ready as the there are no linens yet, as what the receptionist told us. We waited for an hr at the lobby. When they informed us that the room is ready, we then proceeded only see the room floor wet (someone just done mopping it). It should’ve been ready before check in time. The remote control for the TV and AC is also difficult to navigate as the battery might have been running out. We did not enjoy the balcony as well because there is a construction going on just across it.

The location is accessible and near the mall. The air conditioning unit is also working well.

I did not expect that the room will be that small with the price that I paid for. Space is too small. The staff knows that the room is small, and they only offered to check on other rooms with the same rate after I ask them if the rooms are really that small and tight. I hope they can improve their rooms and update the photos online as the photo vs actual is not the same.

The staff are pleasant and helpful.

Is was not what i paid for.. i should've been a 4-star facility The floor was durty The drain in the bathroom was clogged The room was supper small Had to walk to our room in between rubbel and construction work Cockroates all over the bathrooms No lift had to carry my suitcases 2 floors It was the worst accommodation i had in my stay with the Philippines. I'm very unsatisfied.

We only like the pool area. The room was ok but the bathroom was a mess. Too small and it happens that there was no water supply whenever we want to shower.

The room is not really clean, towel bath math and rubber bath math is dirty...bath towels are not presentables and the room is dusty...breakfast is a bit salty..before check out maintenance people are knocking at the door.

The staff in reception upon check-in. It was my first time. And she not even remind/tell us that we can have the service going airport in the morning. But i inform her we will check out early because of the flight schedule.

I like how the guy's staff repaired the things that was damaged when my family checked-in in your hotel. (Bidet) (Doorknob card)

The place is in a good area so many places to go to the mall is down the road and there are plenty of stores around ..... The Staff and the OJT was amazing I felt so at home with the staff very good people will be back again soon... 😊

The upper management needs to take control. The food menu is horrible. Half the items don’t exist. Too much noise at 0700 in the morning!! I requested a early check in at 1300 and was ignored by staff. Next time, I’d recommend commenting on the customers request.

We were supposed to be leaving by 11 am sharp for shuttle bus to go to the airport but they were 5-7 minutes late. Had to call them twice about the trolley for our luggages. Not dramatically delayed but still, I value punctuality.

I like the family suite— pretty spacious. Very good for five people.
