    The view

    I booked a family room for 6 and they charged us 250 per head for extra person who came late and leave early i think this is un acceptable due to we are not even comfortable amd they charged 25p per head without giving any extra bed blankets or whatever staff also are so attitude and doesnt want to give a word with us so bad stay with this place theres water issue also

    They just tell us that the room that we booked is not available because they say that this app has double booking the accommodation .. and it is also not good to recommend this place because it is very far away on the road, the road is too much in this place and he is unknown to air bnb. It is inside the slum area. And the stair of this place is so small and the place is dirty .. I really dont want to recommend this place. I had a bad experience here. The fact that they tell you that the apps are the cause of double booking is very unprofessional. The timing is not good, you booked early for oathtaking day that would not think of your estate. The ending that you are still stressed because you have no place to stay because all hotels are fully booked. Then the staff will tell you to come back tomorrow because it's just the day when the place will be free. Like hello? The oathtaking is tomorrow, you would tell me to comeback tomorrow because the other persons whose in that room well be checking out. Its very unprofessional and very inconvenient way! Yes there is a refund because their one who cancel our stay in that very day, but the refund took 2 days before it sends to us .. We keep calling and texting them to send the refund because we need that money to pay for our next location were we stay. Imagine the stress and the inconvenient that they do to us? Its very dissapointing.

    We would like to clarify that the issue with the Bicol loco festival timing was not due to any fault on our part. Our property was fully booked, and the overbooking was caused by a system error within the booking app, which affected multiple guests, including yourself. We have already informed you that there are no available rooms at that time. While we understand your frustration, we kindly ask that you refrain from implying that we did something intentionally wrong. We value all our guests equally and operate within the limitations of our system. Additionally, we offered assistance in transferring you to another accommodation, but you informed our staff that you preferred to look for your own arrangements. We have issued a full refund, including the booking charges you paid in the booking app, and it is disappointing to see negative comments suggesting otherwise. We kindly ask that you refrain from acting as if you have high standards or come across as overly affluent that we are located in the slum areas and our stairs is very dirty ofcourse its raining we do not have snow here thats why we have mud. Mud looks dirty but you’re a foreigner I guess thats the only time you see a mud. We operate as an bnb, and our guests regardless of status are valued equally. If you prefer a more luxurious experience, we recommend booking a hotel instead. Or maybe a 5 star hotel for your liking. Btw, we send the refund the next day. 10am the next day only not 2 days.

    Space was good

    Water shortage was not disclosed in the rental. Storage containers for water was provided but its so small. Overall we decided to move to another location and end our stay in casa felice since its not convenient for us with the water problem.
