PhilippinesWater heater was not working. Unable to open bathroom closet because of rusted hinges. We stayed in Rm. 107 for 2 nights. We never stayed in the room the whole day. We were out of the room after breakfast and came back late at night. We were informed there was no cook on duty on our second day, we had to go out and find someplace to have breakfast. Please have those things I mentioned fixed. Thank you.

PhilippinesWe just did not expect how it looks like from the outside. It does not look like what we expected. We even thought we’re lost. It only has a metal stairs going up and its not that good-looking honestly. If you carry luggages and heavy bags, you will really have a hard time getting up. And upon entering in their mini lobby, it did not smell nice honestly.
The room is okay. Its spacious, clean, and comfortable.

PhilippinesThere is mold in the room closet and the ceiling of the bathroom. A dehumidifier or a vent in the bathroom could help fix it. There's also a mold killer that you can get to clean the mold off.

Location is near SM Baguio, advisable to ride a taxi to SM but you can walk when going back to the casa since most streets are downhill.

PhilippinesWhen we checked in the floor was moist and smelled of downy :( Also there was a bathtub but the drain is broken so we couldn't really use it.
The location was fairly close to most commercial areas but also isolated so it was quiet. There is a resto on the ground floor, as well as various other restaurants and milk tea shops on walking distance from the accommodation.
