How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The locker was with dust. I didn't feel the room was very clean.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The place to hang my wet clothes was provided. Many restaurants were nearby. Not far from the port. Good breakfast.

Plenty off areas to chill out upstairs and downstairs. Quick walk into town good value for money basic rooms and shared shower but all clean.

Room was so small with 2 tiny windows it was like a prison cell and bright green. Door opened out as no room to open in Air con was very noisy Garden seating area packed away early so you couldn't sit with the cosy lights. No WiFi in room, only kitchen.
Location. Staff were great and helped when I felt unwell. Basix reakfast included Kitchen available to use. Free water refills and coffee Sofa area to sit down Books to read You can rent bikes from reception Coffee shop open all day

wifi - well sometimes it’s just bot working in the kitchen area. but it’s okay since we have back ups like po ket wifi bathroom- broken door locks and handles and there’s a small hole in the door that you can be seen inside the shower area.
we had a great stay. we love the free breakfast and you can have lots of options. near the restaurants and 5 min walk to the beach! very nice staff (hello ate gema and Marsia). overall, our stay was good.

A/C isn't completely maintained or cleaned. It was dusty - we had to cover it with a wet cloth to filter the dust. The floor was unswept.
I like their staff - friendly and accommodating. The place is a good value for the money especially when traveling on a budget. You can save a lot staying here especially during holidays.

No water pressure, the door to the bathroom in my dorm was broken so we had to us the bathroom down the hall (not really a problem, but would have been even better with ensuited bathroom
Good breakfast included, nice with curtains for the bed.

In the dormitories the lockers/drawers are very small, not even enough for a laptop. Wifi is slow, and usable only in the kitchen.
Big, colorful and welcoming "old style" hostel, with dormitories and some double rooms, in good position. Beds are comfortable.

Like most tourist places affected by Covid, this place needs some maintenance work done. Nevertheless for what you pay for is still a good value, especially since this is a hostel and you come here for cheap accommodation and to meet people.
Owners really put a lot of thought into creating this hostel for guests. You can tell by the design that they tried to encompass all this things a good hostel should have. Loved the free breakfast and honest info from the staff.

Very basic. Would recommend taking the AC-Room because it's sooo hot.
Price was amazing! Also located close to the city center and 5 minutes to the beach.

The stairs abit small and I'm afraid to slide by accident and also the bathroom but can be fix. The pillow is too big also and I didnt sleep well

The place feels very homely and the staff are very hospitable. Also met a good bunch of people within the area since it is located near establishments, and the beach. Island life felt very good in this place.
