room 520- the sound of the pump that starts as early as 5 in the morning ( i have a video) for people with asthma or any lung issues do not stay in this room as the room stinks overtime as it maybe the room is on near to the kitchen or above the hotel kitchen. room has no sound proof. the towels need replacement

the property is located near to the city center but more quiet. the staff are accommodating especially the kuya guard during day time. the room a bit dated but it has everything you need.

The curtain on the window was broken.

Proximity to almost all tourist spot area. The room was clean and big enough for a couple. The breakfast was very good. The staffs are attentive and courteous. We very much appreciate their surprise greetings cake on our wedding anniversary day. The guard on duty was nice and helpful.

However, the dogs barking at night were an annoyance, though I understand it's out of the property's control. The food quality of the buffet breakfast was adequate, nothing outstanding.

The room was very comfortable and the option to sleep with fresh air from the open windows was nice. The hotel is conveniently located just down the road from the John Gray park. Easy to find and onsite parking was appreciated.

The location was a 10-ish min walk from SM mall and many other places in Baguio. The place was clean and well-maintained.

Overall the property is worth for the value of money, the location is near to victory liner terminal and walking distance to sm Baguio.

Not sure but my credit card was scammed the next day. Do not know where it was scammed . When paying for dinner with my card they took it to front check in desk to process. After a couple of minutes I followed them. They were still processing my payment when I arrived. 24 hours later card charged almost $10,000. Only time my card left my sight in 2weeks.

Close to Victory line bus depot. Quiet hotel , very clean. Easy walk to Mall, about 20 minutes. Breakfast good

The room was to the road side and was a bit noisy. Elevators are not working (?) Sofabed and brown pillows might need some cleaning.
