Lacked shampoo and other good to have amenities, and especially cutleries and alike, for being a apartment style hotel. Far away from the beach and certainly from a good beach.

Nice facilities and that the rooms are apartment style. Clean rooms as well as short walk to the mall. Would recommend the Penthouse and the level below, for your stay. Nice views of the surroundings if you choose these rooms. The restaurant in the ground floor is quite good.

plenty of space. comfy beds. Quiet A/C in bedroom and living room. Good food in the restaurant and reasonable prices. Convenience shops close by and plenty of eating out options.

The fact that the wifi was so unstable. The fact that this is not on the board walk so about a km to all the dining and other activities there.

There was high speed internet > 200mbs, it wasn't as stable as it could have been -- there were periodic micro outages as well has the interruptions caused by the typhoons. But the host worked to resolve our issues. The separate living room and bed room and the overall size of the room where actually great. The sunset view was quite spectacular.

Short-staffed, had to ask for a clean up on our 2nd day and staff came late in the afternoon. The floors leading to the pool area were wet and unattended which could cause accidents. Also, while we were having bfast, the repair crew was drilling on top of our table, roof area of the pool. :(

Our 2nd time and we chose this hotel since they're pet friendly. The staff are all very friendly.

Not to be offensive, but the room I reserved was not really the one provided. Causing extra charges during our stay. Small stuff i.e. a piece of bread during breakfast, coffee, etc. had to be on additional charge. Safety measures need to be improved to avoid slip, trips, and falls..

The location is great. Very close to places we needed to visit. The hotel staff were friendly.

The basement parking area was dark. There were cockroaches outside our room and since we were located on the ground floor near the restaurant I think that's one of the reasons. Breakfast selection was limited to the Silogs and egg+toast options.

We did a last minute booking and luckily got a very spacious suite with a veranda. We brought our 9mo old puppy and there were only a handful of places that accepted pets. It was located walking distance to Ayala Harborpoint and to Royal Duty Free. Staff were really helpful and always had a smile.

The reception was nice and quick to get us new towels. Our kitchen hardly had any kitchen stuff. Couch was too small. Construction was going on, luckily rain stopped it for a couple of hours. Nightstand was broken visibly, 2 lights burned out. The maintenance guy Ray was super cool and speaks good English. Good sense of humor. The hotel next door had excellent food and great staff. Free breakfast was satisfactory but had to pay for another coffee.

Kitchen facilities were basic & 1 of the cooking induction hobs did not work. The staff were great but they could not rectify the problem.

for the first week they were very accomidating pretty much anything we asked for they at least tried to get for us; like bring breakfast up to the Unit instead of us having to go down to the restuarant, I think maybe I should have been tipping them but wasn't aware if that was expected or even how much of a tip I should be giving I enquired but never got an answer so after that I just started going down and picking it up every morning. some things they did not accomidate the pictures of the unit showed an oven as well as a stove but no oven was in the unit initial they said they could get us one on request but when we actually requested one we were told they didn't have one.

American Breakfast, eggs, hash brown, beans?? not sure where they got beans from, eggs sunny side up, had to request well done to get cooked. there are multiple options for Filippino break fast they replace rice for hash brown and add some shredded beef (that was ok) but there are other options I just didn't explore them.

This condo type hotel have so much potential. The rooms are big and cold and the location was great. Problem? It needs a lot of renovation. The room was not so clean, i asked for the housekeeping to bring me a mop then I am the one who cleaned the whole room when we checked in. The housekeeping said they were short staffed. The provided kitchen wares were dirty even the glasses and coffee cups, we did not used it, i bought papercups and plates, but its nice they provided a water dispenser and water. There were so much stains in the wall and the chairs were so dirty I cleaned and disinfected everything. The bathroom was not so cleaned too and the shower barely gives water, it was not relaxing to shower at all. But somehow it worked for us and I did not bother the staffs coz i understand they were so busy. The swimming pool was not so invinting at all. It was dirty. But yes if they can just clean and renovate it will be so much nicer.

It would of been nice to know the swimming was under maintenance before booking, I had to check out of a non-refundable stay early because it did not have a pool on site, resulting me to stay somewhere else for the remainder of my stay in subic.

During our stay, we did not see a security personnel posted atleast in the front door or roving around. They also have a basement parking which is great, but again no security posted in the area. And also, Manpower is a vital aspect of maintaining a good quality service of a service provider bussiness. Understandable that during our stay there is a typhoon, but having extra manpower to take care of the needs of the clients in the hotel is vital.

The room was spacious especially the balcony. It’s fully furnished so our stay felt like we’re just in our own home. Plus, having an own washing machine saved us some time, effort and money!
