Slight mix up with online payment, wifi not working 1st day, unit has tv/cygnal box but no channels. Apart from these issues a great place to stay.

It was quite noisy in the night from the traffic of the road. There was a scary fire alarm in the evening. Some of the furniture was more for design than for comfort

Communication to the hosts was very good before the stay. Location is great next to the mall.

The location is great! Staff is very friendly and accomodating. Host made sure unit is clean and we were able to check in an hour early. 😊

Walls aren't soundproof. We can hear noises even at night. Garbage chute was just outside our door. We can smell the garbage. Some people just left their garbage bags on the floor.

Location was terrific! Very accessible to the malls like Centrio and Gaisano. We stayed for about 3 weeks. I never met Anne but we emailed a lot. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Wi-Fi was fast. However, the unit was quite smaller than I expected. I would still recommend it. In the future, I will still choose Centrio Tower but maybe with a bigger unit.

Parking was difficult in the area.

The location was right at the heart of the city. Facilities were almost all there. Clean and smells good.

It would have been nice if the washer had a drier function as well, but hey, first world problems. Not a big deal. We would still, most definitely, book with Anne again and even recommend her to family and friends.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. We especially loved how gracious the host, Anne, was. She did her best to accommodate our requests and made sure to let us know if any request cannot be accommodated, with detailed explanations.

LOCATION: It's right next to Seda Hotel/Ayala Centrio Mall. HOST'S HONESTY: I forgot my iPad and our host, Ms Anne, informed me about it but we already left CDO. She arranged for it to be shipped to me. Thanks Ms. Anne!

Except the guard wants me to pay additional Php300 for parking when Im about to exit right in the door lobby. This is so annoying because we've done the checkout and when Im about to go out suddenly this guard wants me to pay more. I was mad but kept my cool. This is the only moment I did not like about our stay. And the reception didnt issue any receipt of the early checkin and parking payment.

Very clean unit and cozy, everything is provided including equipment for cooking and utensils. The bathroom is also nice with hot and cold shower and complete toiletries. They have a huge smart TV with netflix and the bed is very comfortable to sleep with cold environment, the AC is working well as well, we really enjoyed our stay for almost 2 weeks, and what I like most is that Ayala Mall is just beside the tower, just a few steps from our building. The host is very nice and provided us with airport pick up and drop off transportation, Our stay in Cagayan de Oro is memorable, as we consider the Unit as our home, very homey vibes. I really like everything, even the guards and receptionists are very welcoming and warm to the guests. I will definitely book in this unit on our next vacation!! I am very happy to have found a gem in the middle of the city, no stress at all, everything is smooth from the day we arrived in Cagayan de Oro City. Thank you very much to our lovely host. We’ll be back soon.
