Beautiful place. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Any problems that came up they resolved them quickly. They booked all al our island hopping tours and made it easy.

1.Water pressure at the Villa was not satisfactory 2.Towels given were a bit rundown. 3.Breakfast menu need some improvement, the 3 choices of menu were more or less the same items. Fruits served was very limited choices. Limited choices of juices. 4.Beach was not really swimmable had a lot of tree debris around it. 5.Swimming pool was very small. 6.The path to the Villa was step path, there is potential for slip & trip hazards.

Villa was a good size for family of 3,the maintenance & house keeping around the villa was done well. The greenery & garden around the Villa property was very good & well maintained. The property was in close vicinity near the town. Though, one needs to rely on the tricycle to commute. Overall the staff was very warm and cordial. Receptionist Ms. Jane and Ms. Vina were exceptionally helpful & helped us with the tour packages. The restaurant staff Mr. Doss and Ms. Charmin were very helpful & served us cordially. The ala carte dishes & BBQ at the restaurant were well prepared & delicious.

1. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Serving time was very long (more than 30 minutes before the first entree was served) and the 4 entrees came at different times with the first entree served more than 20 mintues before the last entree. There were only 3 tables (included ours) of customers. Quality of food is very pedestrain. 2. Have to walk about 100 meters from the front lobby to our room, and the last third is a dirt path. 3. Water pressure is very weak in the shower. 4. The toilet is in it's own room seperated from the shower room. The toilet room has a sink byt no habndsoap was provided.

Our room is abour 50 steps to the beach, though we did not use the beach other than walking out there to take a few pictures. Staff was friendly and helpful. The living quarters are very spacioius, with a family roon/kitchen and two spacious bedrooms. The property is very quiet.

It's more of a port lots of boats so not suitable for swimming. Very beautiful and a short walk or tuk tuk ride to stunning beaches

Only the water in the sink was very weak and the faucet was not cleaned.

Our stay at Villa Deluxe was excellent. Everything was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The tropical garden was amazing, the pool was nice. I recommend having a Choco Coco drink at the bar, it is delicious. The beach is not exactly suitable for staying, swimming and sunbathing. But the advantage was that boats left from the beach for excursions and in the evening you could watch amazing sunsets.

Staff are friendly and nice enough, but they need some more training and attention to detail. We were left at the airport for over an hour because they forgot to arrange our pick-up on time, bar staff couldn't correctly explain to us what Happy Hour was so we got surprised on our bill, housekeeping didn't leave towels and we had to call reception, restaurant staff got our order wrong a couple of times, restaurant staff sometimes bring the utensils/salt/pepper and sometimes they don't. With a little work on the details, it could be a much better customer experience.

It would have been nice to have beach chairs available for the day time. Our room was great in terms of size for a family of 4. The beds were a bit hard for our liking, and there were no hooks to hang towels or wet swim suits.

The grounds were beautiful and supported the tropical environment. The location was great, being so close to the beach and easily accessible to the road.

The room i got for myself and my partner (one of the villas) has very weak water pressure; especially on the bathroom sink. For my parents and my siblings, they stayed in an apartment style room. One of the bedroom has smelled like cigarettes; the staff has provided us with air freshener which i do find the service insufficient.

The property is very relaxing and serene. Most villas are surrounded by greenery; which gives a relaxing and holiday vibes. The breakfast menu is very nice.
