PhilippinesAt first the price was reasonable, and the location was also okay though you do need a vehicle to easily reach Amaia Steps. The staff who assisted us were friendly. However, there were some hidden charges that we weren’t informed about during my reservation at booking.com, such as a cleaning fee that had to be paid in cash per day no discount. I initially thought this was already included in the booking. Parking was also charged at ₱250 per day. The guard who assisted us that night was quite grumpy. It would be better if all fees were disclosed upfront so guests aren’t caught off guard with unexpected charges. It would really help if everything was all-in and clearly stated from the beginning.
The location is good, and the place is clean.

ThailandThe admin fee of 450 Pesos wasn't in the description. It's not a big deal for me but fees like this should at least be mentioned. The check-in procedure is a bit confusing and such a hassle. The security guard is nice though.
The location of this place is great. Walking distance to SM Tungko and to the main road. The place itself is quiet. The check-out procedure is good and hassle-free.

She will not give you the key until you paid it. We had to wait 1,5 hour in the rain after we arrived for a person to show up and open the room door and give us the key. I feel scammed with the 400 pesos hidden fee!!!

NorwayThere were ants all over the place, especially in the kitchen. Tiny small ones, possibly the Farao-ant, which the Norwegian insurance companies are afraid of. Very difficult to get rid of them. We went out buying egg, bacon and tomato eans. When back we discover that there were no kookingplate-/facilities in the appartment. The waterheater wasn't working at all properly, coming cold water, then SUDDENLY steamy, hot water....back and forth. Absolutely a nightmare. Stayed there for 2 of 28 days. So, soooooo bad experience, and I DID NOT GET A REFUND FOR THE 26 days. Go Airbnb my friends 😎

Peaceful place with good security service. Unit owner was waiting both times we booked. Easy walk around to shops and the big Shopping Mall, Basic kitchen facility for BYO food but we preferred the eateries 10 minutes walk away , Whilst the Swimming pool was quite big there were safe depth areas suitable for children, The pool use was not included in the booking fee ..... you paid the Pool attendent. All in all a relaxing place to stay,
