The room was so large the air con struggled to fill up the room so it was a bit toasty in there. It was a nice space but not the cleanest space, but not in a way that I’d say I wouldn’t stay there again.

Stayed before and loved the space in the room. It’s a bit tired but great for the price. Everything kinda worked although sometimes a bit needy, like no sink plug, lazy shower head, leaky door. Bed a bit too firm for us, but staff helpful and really it was completely fine for a short stay.

WiFi was only available in hallways or front hotel lobby. It made it very difficult to get things done form the comfort of your room.

There wasn’t anything wrong with the place, other than maybe the floors needed some repair in my room. But it was a great value.

This is a perfectly fine hotel. It’s older and needs a little bit more maintenance, but was a great value for the money. The staff was nice, and the room was spacious. It had cable TV and a big bathroom. The restaurant downstairs had decent food, and there are tour places and shops nearby. I only stayed one night, but I really can’t complain. It’s a 3 star hotel, and was pretty good quality for that.

the balcony was unusable as AC just blasted hot air on you. the toilet took 1/2 hour between flushes, the couch was so old and dirty we would not sit on it, sheets where torn and had had paint on them,

There was a rat in my room at night, making some noise crawling and coming down from curtain trying to get some snack on the desk. It was the most horrible thing! The water in shower room was really slow. It took me like more than hour to finish showering. The cleanliness need to be improved. The wifi wasn’t really good enough to connect in all areas especially in our room.

Great location. The staffs and front desk are always helpful. We had so many requests due to some of the malfunction in our room and staffs are willing to help anytime. They tried to fix the wifi router in front of our room for a better signal.

Wasn’t a great supply of water to the shower but I assume this is an island / destination issue not exactly the hotels fault.

Room was very large, largest room we stayed in throughout our travels in Philippines. Can see the sea and sunset from our room. Bed was huge and very comfy. Right at the front of the main town centre but set forward enough that you don’t get the noise of the busy streets. Walk straight into any your or dive trip

The staff were amazing, really helpful and so kind! We loved the size of the room, it’s huge! The view was very nice as well. The tub is a good plus, especially after a long day of island hopping..

Hotel is very nice. Maybe not new but the rooms are so big and comfortable. Location is perfect . All staff very helpful and nice. You can order all trips and rent a motorbike at hotel. Bathroom nice so big and connection door with bedeoom is so nice.. 👍💪

Cockroaches and rats. We had in our room 5 cockroaches and 1 rat during a 4 day stay. 1st room we got had a bathtub with scratches so we changed it for another one (the staff was very nice and helpful).

The sliding door wasn't closing properly, which lets in both noise and insects. The interior would definitely need an upgrade and cleaning would need improving as well.

Nothing works. Water pressure was not enough to fill the bath in a whole day. Toilet flush was broken when we came in, I fixed it later. Conditioner was dripping water inside.

Extra big room, two great beds, an extra big bath, beautiful vintage interior, polite and helpful staff. The closest-to-pier hotel.
