Incredible place- little freebies which always helps. The private beach was honestly godsend as station 2 is very busy and I went during non peak season. Shoutout to BJ at the beach bar- a great man & incredibly helpful. The ladies at the Havainas stores, absolutely lovely & again helpful.

We weren't expecting so much noise by the pool. It's normal for children to make noise when playing, but excessive shouting was unnecessary and a short polite reminder not to shout would have been enough. Giving us a paper detailing late checkout prices felt a bit strange.

They gave us a lovely cake as a gift for our wedding anniversary. The complementary hat and bag at check-in was a really nice touch. The view of the beach from the poolside was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice for all nationalities.

The only minor issue was with the shower—some water tended to leak through the door, causing the bathroom floor to get wet. A small improvement in the enclosure design would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Our stay at this luxurious resort in Station Zero, Boracay was nothing short of unforgettable. Tucked away from the crowds, the location offers a peaceful and exclusive experience—the beach was absolutely stunning with crystal-clear waters and pristine white sand. This was also the special place where I proposed to my wife, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The ambiance, the privacy, and the breathtaking scenery made it truly magical. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and highly professional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The hallway going to our room was neglected/dirty which is such a shame for such a beautiful place.

Everything was exceptional - the room is very beautiful (especially the bathtub/shower set up), very comfortable bed and pillows, bathrobes, a great welcome to our room. The infinity pool and the access to the beach/seaside were 100 points. The airport transfer is spot on! The breakfast is AMAZING! The staff very friendly and welcoming. Book also the boat trips via the hotel, the service was also exceptional.

The seafood buffet lacked flavor and creativity. There was also an issue where there was an electrical leak on the outdoor marquee which gave my son an electrical shock. We also witnessed a few more guests go through the same. Would have been good if the hotel provided awareness to the guests to be careful until the issue was resolved.

The welcome cookie plate on the cabinet was full of ants , they should have simply sealed it with plastic wrap like most other hotels do

This place is great. Amazing location, great facilities, very courteous and professional staff. No details were overlooked, from the welcome pavilion before the boat transfer to the hotel, to the reminders on check-out time on our day of leaving. Highly recommended if price is not a constraint!

I loved it and have no complaints!

Air conditioning was an amazing and the hotel staff was so sweet when we requested a room upgrade they let us have a temporary room as they got our new rooms ready! This resort isn’t super big and easily walkable. Very beautiful and modern. Breakfast buffet was so good as well as the restaurants there.

We have changed our room twice. At first, our room was facing a noisy road (unexpected considering the location of the resort). Per request, the staff helped change our room to anther one facing the courtyard. However, this room was a part of a larger one, which is connected to the other half with a door that can be closed for two separate rooms, or be open for large family. Unfortunately, we were waked up early by very loud music the next morning. It ends up that we have to change room again. The sleep quality is thus severely influenced. I would have rated the resort higher otherwise.

The location is undoubtedly fabulous with probably the best private beach on the island (although the sand is not as soft as that on the white beach). The staff are friendly and helpful overall, the room is clean, the breakfast and restaurants are of high quality, and the swimming pools are well maintained.

Just heaven. One of the best places in the world. I will start with a team. Courteous, professional, caring. Feel that the management devotes a great deal in training and learning, which brings a team at the highest level. The dining room is excellent. A huge selection of foods, fresh, tasty and eye-catching. Great pool with amazing pool staff. A beautiful and fine beach. I would like to mention Matteo the Food and Beverage Manager who received us warmly and did a lot for us. And also thanks to Paul from the hotel's IT team who helped me connect communication to my office.

The private beach was perfect, always sun beds available, food and drinks available from the restaurant brought out to you right on the beach. The pool was large overlooking the beach. The boat transfer service was very good. The breakfast was very good loads to choose from. The staff were fantastic, Angeline at breakfast was especially helpful to us and our baby. The food director and duty manager were also so helpful to us they always make sure you are having a great time. The Playroom was great for our one year old and the staff in the playroom was amazing with kids. Only 10-15 min tricycle from D mall, you never had to wait more than 5 mins to get a Tricycle from the hotel, or they do have free shuttle service to d mall at certain times.
