Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PhilippinesOld property. Hot shower is more like a lukewarm shower. Toothbrush and umbrella are not provided compared to other hotels. We asked for another bottle of water in the evening but it seems like they only provide 1 bottle per day since we didn’t get our request.
Location is superb because it’s right by the beach. Also, Station 3 is more serene and not crowded compared to Station 2 so if you want more peaceful vibes, this hotel is perfect for you. Food is good.

United KingdomCleaning staff not working perfectly. Not changing sheets always. Sink and bathtub drain plugs not working. I saw cockroaches luckily only two times. Need deeper maintenance for that building.
Nice building, pools, in front of the beach, good food, fair prices. I felt myself in familiar place.

SerbiaBreakfast is buffet but you can only take rice and noodles as much as you want, amount of other food is minor and it was given by the hotel stuff, they determine how much is enough for you (all people don't eat same amount, that depends of gender and body size). Breakfast is poor, every day the same. Also, if you did not eat all from the plates, the penalty is 10 eur, so ridiculous. The hotel has a big problem with tiles (bathroom, rooms, corridors), they are broken and fall easily from their place. Housekeeping does not do their job well, always lack of clean towels. Air-condition drips into the room and makes a big puddle, so be careful not to slip.
The location is good, next to the beach, also that part of the beach doesn't have a problem with tides and palm trees are more beautiful here than in other parts. Also, it's easier to start excursions and water sports from this part of the island.

Philippines-While our stay in 2018 was fantastic, the hotel seems to be in need of some TLC. Unfortunately, there aren't any visible plans for renovations. This is a shame, as with some updates, the property could offer excellent value for money. -The breakfast selection was limited and lacked variety. The repetitive menu, with only a few choices that rotated every few days, became tiresome during a week-long stay. The bland coffee unfortunately didn't live up to expectations, and we found ourselves venturing out for breakfast on several occasions, impacting the overall value. -The staff was generally friendly and helpful, with one exception. An overly inquisitive member of the housekeeping staff crossed a line by asking overly personal questions. There's a difference between being friendly and being intrusive. -Boracay itself appears to have become a more expensive destination, with even basic food costing a premium. Travelers on a tight budget might find better value for money elsewhere, such as Bangkok, where both food and activities are more affordable.
-The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful to all guests, whether local or foreign tourists. My room was consistently cleaned whenever I requested it, and they always provided fresh towels. They were also quick to respond whenever I needed something. -The location was perfect – not overly crowded, although there were occasional times when local residents would enthusiastically invite me to join their water activities, which could feel intrusive at times. -While I appreciated having a jacuzzi, only one of the jets functioned. -Thankfully, there were absolutely no bugs in my room, which was a major plus!

United KingdomThe plug in our bathtub was stuck, and it was hard to navigate with the taps. I have been there 3 days, and on the 2nd day TV stopped working, but we didn't bother to sort it out anyway we were out most time.
Just in front of the beach, which is super nice to be close. 7/11 is just around the corner. Swimming pools on the rooftop! Small good buffet but kind of a limited breakfast, or just come early.

PhilippinesThe rooms we booked were a little old. We booked 3 rooms. I had to request to have the lights in my room checked because the bathroom lights were so dim it was hardly on. The Aircon in the other room my brother and dad used wouldn't stay cool. They had it checked and it got cooler. But the next day it wasn't cool anymore.
The location is at station 3, so the beach isn't as crowded as compared to station 2 and D'Mall area. The hotel is also at the beach front so it's just a few steps away to the sea. There's a lot of restaurants and cafes in the area so it's fine even if we didn't book the rooms with breakfast included. The hotel has elevators that we used since our parents are seniors and we had a baby with us so movement is easy.
