BelgiumFor breakfast: limited they have only 6 choice and some days they only have 3 available. Kitchen: no kitchen utensils in the kitchen(spoon,fork,plates) you can't heat up your food coz no microwave. Everything is upon request (complimentary water=this you need for brushing your teeth water is not drinkable, water cooker, hair dryer) but I hope they will include in their website so people know what to do.
Room was quite big and spacious. Good for groups, however facility is already old not well maintain. Pool was okay. Room is the big plus in this property and near SM lanang. the staff we're very accomodating, they did their job very well.

The villa was big and with the number of beds requested, and with its own parking. The staff is very pleasant, helpful and accommodating.

Nothing..everythings is not the same as before..we satu here last 2016 for 3 weeks but last week we stay is veru difficult,they cant call taxi ,food not available at the cafe and u have to walk to way out at the property to call a taxi 200m, its not same as before

I was really disappointed because I was expecting a grand hotel similar to the Crowne Regency Hotel that I am accustomed to. The place looks more like a shabby motel. However, the reception and cleaning staff were exceptional people who kept smiling, accommodated our requests, and even guided us with our questions, such as how to get to different places using local transport, and suggested what was best for me and my senior citizen mom, such as early check-in and additional supplies. The hallway is very narrow, but the room is large with two queen-sized beds. There is no carpet, which I really like, and you can feel the cleanliness of the flooring. The two single beds we had were very comfortable, though the bedding was old but clean. I also liked the two relaxing pillows. There was free hot and cold water in a dispenser in the hallway, which made me happy. I just brought my plastic bottle to refill when I went out and used a glass to get water when I was inside the room. Please ask for a kettle for heating water if you are going to stay. We also requested glasses for drinking and coffee cups, which were provided. Overall, my stay with my mom was good, but I would not recommend it if you are expecting a grand hotel.
