Working AC, comfortable beds, and great people working in the hotel.

The toilet looked clean, but it was not really clean, and some cockroaches could be found in the shower. The shower didn't really have hot water. The floor in the room looked clean, but it was still dirty, and I could see that on my feet and socks. Wifi connectivity was super unstable. I could connect for a moment, and later, it disconnected for no reason. Also the speed is really low.

I ask the staff to provide me a quite room but they gave me a room were occupant next to my room are horrible and very traumatic experience they were shouting even at dawn and the hotel staff has nothing to do with it.

NOISY and SMALLER ROOM they gave me not rhe one I booked.

Location & the stuff was very friendly

We were moved to another room due to toilet was leaking when you flush it. The other room, toilet took forever to flush. When you flush it once, you need to wait about 2 to 3 minutes to flush it again. Toilet bowl needs to be clean and the sink because you can see the stains. The view was so nice from our room but the outside window was so dirty that ruins the perfect view of the city and the ocean.

Location was okay

The hotel itself, the shower will flood every time we used it. The towel rail in the shower fell off and injured my visiting friend. Lighting was quite dark. Outdoor swimming pool was closed until end of this year and was never mentioned at all during booking. Although the indoor pool was open but it was dirty and claustrophobic that nobody ever used it.The whole place was honestly out of shape and needs refurbishing.

My room have roach! The toilet bowl not working properly even after we moved to another room. They only hotel we used pail to flash the toilet bowl.

You pull up to the hotel and it looks dirty and depressing . Go into the lobby which is bright and cool to be confronted by the smell of the drains . Not all lifts are operational . The outdoor pool is closed for maintenance, but I doubt this will ever be repaired . The indoor pool is atrocious . Easily the dirtiest , dingiest , run down facility I have ever seen with murky water and tide / grime marks on the pools walls . Utterly filthy . There are no lights in the underground car park ( saving electricity ? ) and it stinks of urine and is potentially a very dangerous place . No hot water in the rooms . The rooms are spacious, the AC was good and the bed comfortable- the only positives in the whole place . Although the bed sheets , whilst clean had seen better days . The shower drain was blocked with what looked like months of build up of hair and soap . There was a safe in the room but it did not work and even if it did it’s useless as it could be lifted up and removed from the room The bedroom windows were filthy . The toilet flush was broken . They brought me an iron to the room which had been taped up with insulation tape several times . I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t dare eat in this filthy place . We checked out two days early as it was that horrible and depressing . I would not recommend anyone stays here , not even for 5 minutes , it’s horrendous. Finally , the pictures of the hotel and 4 star rating are not a true representation. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Water stop, sink, toilet cant plush when water stop, Daughter under the shower have shampoo On then water suddenly stop lucky we have mineral water for her to rinse off the eyes. Read one of the note on the table can only see hot water will stop in some hours but did not see all water will stop. Staff & food were ok.

Dirty and stuff were un friendly even the cleaners only happy to tale your tip!!

The entrance has no other option but stairs, walking disability unfriendly. The elevators closing immediately before you can enter. Had a scare when our toddler jump inti the gap and almost got caught. And the room was too warm, the air conditioning was barely there but we are too tired from the trip its already 1am, no energy to complain. We made do by not using the comforters. We left in the morning and finally felt the ambiance or lack thereof. This hotel needs major refurbishing to make it brighter, equal to its image in its advertising. They have a lot of people on duty may e invest in new pai t and glass cleaners and brighter light. The the outside environment is… disappointing. As our kid said passing by it, “this place smell bad”.

It was damp and gloomy and just showing age. Plus the dirty location.

You take 2 elevators going to your room. Facilities needs and update. Parking lot smells like urine.

The outdoor pool was not open We had no hot water for 2 days
