From the security guards and lobby staff to the front desk team—Shaina, Lea, and the rest of the FD crew—everyone provided an excellent check-in and check-out experience. Joven from housekeeping was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast team also did a great job serving, always with their beautiful smiles.

We stayed here two years ago, and I chose to come back and stay again during my trip with my fiancée because the ambiance and excellent customer service were incredible. As soon as we got off the shuttle, all the staff were very welcoming. During check-in, Shaina did an amazing job. The two gentlemen who helped us with our luggage were very friendly. I loved all the housekeepers we passed by, especially Joven. Upon check-out, Lea (the supervisor) provided excellent customer service. I will definitely stay here again and will absolutely recommend this place to my family and friends. Breakfast crews did a great job too.

Other than the brewed coffee, which we found a bit bland, we couldn't think of anything else that needed improvement.

We appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with easy access from both the main street and the beachfront. Breakfast was satisfactory, though we found the brewed coffee to be somewhat lacking in flavor. Considering the overall price, it would be wonderful if espresso options were included as well.

Just a small thing, we had a slight difficulty operating the shower at first. The tub had a dirty stain on it. No iron for clothes.

We asked if they can lay some sun beds on their beach front but we were told they are not allowed but on our last day, they were laid out. Some hotels around station 2 have sun beds laid out everyday as we walk past them (not sure what regulations they are following). Not a big deal though, but it just means you have to sit on the sand under a coconut tree for a shade. It felt like you are on your own once you go beyond the boundary of the hotel. There was no extension of care/comfort if you want to use the beach. It would have been nice if they can at least offer you a blanket or banig if you want to use the beach.

We are very happy to have booked our stay in this hotel. What we were very much impressed first of all, was the staff politeness and attentiveness. They were so accommodating to all our requests. Although a bit pricey for me, the hotel transfer was worth booking with them especially if you have kids and elderly. There were also different choices of breakfast each day. We booked the pool side rooms so unlimited pool fun for children and easy for elderly or with mobility problem. The location is also good. It’s quieter but easy access to station 2 if you want livelier atmosphere at night time (about 10-15 mins walk to D’ mall with our pace).

I can’t think of any!

The vibe of the entire hotel is so relaxing. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Boracay so far. Facilities are well maintained. The design of the rooms and the layout of the hotel in general is modern and very well thought of. Like for example, they have these huge glass doors facing the beach area instead of rooms, which at first I thought was off putting, but boy was I so wrong! The rain and wind was so crazy when we were there, the sand gets all over! But all they have to do is close the glass doors and the relaxing vibe of the hotel continues. Unlike other hotels were they have to install these huge net/ sand trap trap things on their beach front that actually obstructs their ocean view and make their hotels look so messy! Anyways, Super nice, friendly and accomodating staff. Oh and the pool has a very beautiful design and layout. The food was great!

A Wonderful Stay with Exceptionally Friendly Staff! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff — everyone was genuinely kind, helpful, and always had a smile. The room we were assigned to had no view, not even a small garden or other facilities. Room is a bit expensive considering you just see a wall from the windows.

Beachfront property, nice buffet breakfast, two huge pools, a gym, and their own spa! We enjoyed our stay and it was good value for money for a small family.

The breakfast buffet was great, everyday has different selections. Even the dinner buffet was amazing. The staff was the star of this resort, specially Tibio and Rolee who’s very attentive and sensible. Most of the staff are doing the same and I appreciate how they take care of us since I’m with my parents both are senior citizens. The guest room amenities was superb they have individual microwaves and kitchenette in each room which we never used but it’s good to have it, not all hotels had the same facility. All in all our experience was exceptional and from the time we landed in Caticlan to Astoria and vice versa was smooth and super convenient, no stress at all even we haven’t arranged the transportation in advance they still accommodated us but I highly suggest to book ahead specially in peak seasons. The massage was also a must try, made my left arm felt better. Even used the gym, it was not the best since the space constraints at least it has few weights and 2 treadmills. The staff are all polite and welcoming, everyone was smiling and hospitable. Would probably comeback and stay here again soon with the rest of my family.

The staff is phenomenal. I’ll write more on my other review since we have another room for longer, but we had a family medical emergency and the staff was so supportive. From packing and delivering food from the breakfast buffet, to wheelchair service, and seeing us to the hospital in an air conditioned van at no charge… couldn’t have asked for me. A security guard even stayed with us for most of our hospital stay just to be there for us. We felt so safe and supported. Thank you Astoria!!!

Shower: They need to place instructions on how to turn on the faucet. Their showers are unique where you turn forward (away from you) or backward (towards you). Depending on how you turn, you either get faucet, handheld shower or rain shower. If the temperature setting is set on hot and you turn towards you, you can get burned by the shower.

Location: Right by the beachfront. Easy access to the white sand beach. When you get port to hotel transfers, the van will bring you to their open-air lobby, no need to walk through the sand to get to the hotel. Rooms: Nicely designed, clean and fresh. Food: Food is delicious and they rotate their buffet breakfast and dinners. Staff: Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Excellent experience we had. Spa: Reasonably priced and good. The 90-minute massage was really relaxing.
