we cant use the socket properly and there's no hot water for shower and theres no aircon in any rooms. we cant use all the kids facilities.

we like the location and the woodlands.

Hot water is not 24 hours. Parking space not spacious enough you need to move your car when somebody goes out.

this property is an excellent choice. Not too far from the nearby store and community. you can go out and buy on the nearby store. They have utensils that we used for cooking. very serene place and you can feel you are really on a vacation. Door upstairs make a squeking sound when opened. My brother have babies with us, during night time we tried to slowly open the door to prevent waking them up but it still squeking

Very homey. Very near to Dahilayan adventure Resort. The owner is very welcoming and chatty. He did make sure that we were ok. The staff are very nice too.

I didn't like the toilet. It's going to be wet all the time from shower. I wish there was a way to close off shower so when you just want to use the toilet bowl,you don't have wet feet. Dish soap in Cabin 2. Also a hand towel in washroom would be nice after washing your hands. Kitchen cabinet is past it's prime. And ohhhh, 1room in cabin 2's lights were on the whole time as we can't find the switch.

I like that the staff was on site to help us anything we need. We were able to get in for early check-in. Internet was fast. Fast communication with things we left at the cabin.

The electricity cut off in the middle of night is Normal up to 7am, as per cleaning lady. No AC, so if you are checking in in the afternoon you have to wait in the evening to get a colder place. A Lot of mosquitos, big ones outside, we ended up buying mosquito killer as we wanted to stay outside. Signal in the location is bad. Not recommended with kids as rooms upstairs, going up and down is dangerous. Expensive for a night stay, considering not much facilities. Never Ever drink the Tap water.

It was hard to take a shower because there is no water heater installed in the shower room. It's a must considering the cold weather. We were also bothered with the sound of the broken screen door though the wind was not that strong. I taught someone was infront of the maindoor and trying to open it. I did not sleep well because of that.

The entire cabin was so clean and big enough for family of 5. The staff were all nice and friendly. They help us carry our bags and even bought our dinner in the nearby restaurant. The owner gave us a ride to Dahilayan Aventure park for free. Their guests were all well taken care of. We love the homey feels and hospitality of the owner and staff.

One of the toilets didn't flush correctly, There was a lack of thicker blankets when the temperatures dipped at night. It took the refrigerator 24 hours to get cold once it was turned on, and we wished it was on and ready when we got there, as we brought all of our food with us. The pictures posted on Booking can be confusing, as there 2 cabins on the premises. Pictures from both cabins are mixed together. Luckily, we got the one story cabin to fit our needs with younger children.

Comfy Cabin was pretty much what we expected, as far as location and basic amenities. It was a comfortable stay for us for 4 days. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We loved the Koi pond. The ability to have an outdoor fire (at additional cost) was satisfying for a cabin feel.

There was a brownout on our 2nd day, though it didn't affect us adults much but kids wanted to watch youtube these days so they were bored. The wifi router was in a different location (not inside the cabin), so wifi signal strength was different every time. It would be good to have a reliable wifi signal for the downtimes - where you're just chilling and resting.

The ambiance of the cabin is excellent. The place is neatly presented. Quite comfortable and quiet, families can relax here. Kids enjoyed the playground when it was dry. Big space all around.
