We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesTons of stairs. The owners dog bit me and barks constantly. The shared bathroom experience was awful. I had to wait over an hour to use the bathroom because the other tenants took extreme showers. The view was nice but having roommates is not my idea of a good time. They stayed up late drinking and watching TV.

AustraliaFortunately I received an e-mail the day before explaining the accommodation was "Opposite Costanera Beach in Lo-oc Danao City, beside the carwash.. follow "Das Haus" sign ...". To see the sign you MUST be heading south and on the right hand side of the road. You then walk 30m up a narrow path and have to ask as the property itself does not have any identification. I was expecting a room with attached bathroom so was disappointed to find there were three rooms sharing one bathroom, the kitchen and 'lounge' area. The bedroom did not have a chair, the mirror was too low to see my face and the only place to hang a towel was over the mirror. The kitchen had a drip-coffee machine, a pod-coffee machine and a microwave, but only one could be used at a time. Two coffee pods were provided but if inserted when the machine was not turned on, the pod went straight to the trash. The pod machine had a water supply but as this was empty, all the machine did was create false expectations and swallow coffee pods. Water from the shower (or toilet) pooled on the bathroom floor.
Furnishings and fittings were all top quality. There was a full kitchen, with cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment and also a 'lounge' area with Netflix and other on-line channels. There was a balcony with a nice view. The owners had clearly tried very hard to provide a top experience, unfortunately it "just missed". :(

United StatesThe place is dirty. The kitchenware such as microwave, rice cooker so dusty like never been washed or clean. Ants was everywhere. The glass partition in the bathroom never been clean & slimey. NO PARKING LOT! The neighborhood toooo noisy especially the dogs and karaoke till 2-3o'clock in the morning. We only slept in the house a total of 3 nights out of 32 days (booked 32 days) I DON't RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY FOREIGNERS! So disgusting!
The ad about thus property was deceiving!

Philippines1. No parking space. 2. The bathroom door. The sliding door lock doesn't work properly. Just a little pull from the outside will disengage the lock.
The room size are comfortable, the living room is superb and the veranda is nice. . It's worth the price. The picture displayed is indeed matched to my expectation.

SpainI really enjoyed my stay at Da Haus. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The furniture is all new and the rooms are spacious. The house has all the amenities you may need (fridge, kitchen, cutlery, etc) to make you feel like at home. I especially enjoyed the TV with Netflix, Prime, etc and the terrace with the sea view. The owner was super friendly and helped me order some food to be delivered at the door, and organised the transport for me to get to the port. I would 100% recommend and will definitely come back when in Danao!
