The only downside was the weak—or almost nonexistent—Wi-Fi on our floor. However, the connection was noticeably stronger near the first floor or just outside the room.

The location was perfect—close to the town center and all the great restaurants, yet a bit far from the party and bar scenes, which made our stay peaceful and relaxing. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning not cooling properly, but the staff responded right away. They quickly sent someone to clean the unit, and it solved the problem—really impressive service! The room was clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our visit.

The location was a big plus: close to great restaurants and the town center, but far enough from noisy areas, so we could rest well, the staff were all kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed.

It was close to the city center and lots of amazing restaurants, but bit far enough from the party areas, so it was peaceful and quiet at night. Everything felt safe and walkable. We booked the car service from the hotel, to and from puerto princesa. On the way to el nido we booked a shared van, and it was extremely tight, we were 4 people sharing 3 seats and 2 strangers sharing 1 seat. So on the way back we paid for a private van. But this time the driver looked constantly in jus phone making the ride unpleasant and bumbpy causing us to get car sick. So maybe book transfer somewhere else.

Really clean, helpful staff and a great location. It’s not close to any of the nicest beaches, but the night life here is really good and definitely make up for it. It’s not in the middle of the night life, which is perfect cause it’s quiet during the night :).
