Gigi is super nice and helpful with everything! The location is very quiet, only a 15-20min walk to General Luna or a short tuktuk/tricyle ride to Cloud 9. The room was spacious, there was a water refill point and a small kitchenette in the room. Good value for money!

Their German Shepard is lovely but can be a little noisy at times, but absolutely fine with ear plugs.

Gi Gi is an amazing host, nothing is ever too much to ask from her. She organsied a bike for us, gave us recommendations of activities and organised a tricycle to the port at 3am for the ferry. Gi GI is just generally so approachable and friendly which made our stay. The room and facilities are as described, and the kitchen is a nice touch to cook food for longer stays. Good location away from the hustle and bustle of tourism road but walking distance to it if you want to be involved in that. Gi Gi invited us to dinner and cooked an amazing meal for us which is one of the highlights of our time in the Philippines. She is always busy, and always working so hard to make sure guests have a good stay.

i didn't like when nobody welcomed us when we get there. We have to wait about one hour until somebody could open our Room.

The location is not so good. It is far away from the main Road to reach the transportation.

Perhaps having to walk in the hot sun to the beach and having to hail a ride from the main road. I will nonetheless stay at DGs anytime.

If you love the beachside, then you may have to walk a bit. Not ideal if it's hot but I loved the garden. David and Gigi were excellent hosts. The coconut water was the sweetest ever too. There is a stove and barfridge in the room. I had a friend cook for me after buying some fresh fish at the market. Lovely home like stay.

Our recent stay at DGs was nothing short of delightful. This meant we could whip up our own meals whenever we pleased, adding a touch of home comfort to our vacation. The inclusion of a hot/cold shower was also a welcome surprise, offering respite after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings of Siargao. Another highlight was the internet speed. As someone who often needs to work remotely, I was pleasantly surprised by the reliability and speed of the connection. Even during important meetings, I encountered no disruptions, allowing me to seamlessly conduct my business affairs from the comfort of DG's. Location-wise, DGs strikes the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat, ideal for unwinding and relaxation. Despite its secluded feel, it's conveniently located near the main road, making it easy to access the island's attractions and amenities. While the road leading to DGs may be a tad bumpy, it's a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience offered by this hidden gem. I wholeheartedly recommend DG's to anyone seeking a serene and comfortable stay in Siargao. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a small group, you're sure to find solace and satisfaction at DGs.

Just a couple things to note which didnt bother me: No toiletries Road to property is a bumpy ride, you’ll need a scooter here There was a dead cockroach in the room but it was dead so that was good

Maybe the AC was a bit loud, but i use earplugs anyways so it didn't bother me that much. Sometimes there were insects in the kitchen or the bathroom, but it's a ground floor room in a tropical garden, so it was just nature saying hi.

Gigi is a very friendly and helpful host, she helps with everything. The room was simple but had everything I needed: lots of shelves and hangers to put and dry my stuff, even a little porch with a hammock, hot shower and an AC. I didn't use the kitchen that much, but i guess there's everything you need for cooking simple meals. There were many mosquitos in the kitchen (it's an open space) but Gigi gave me right away a coil to burn which helped a lot. She also dropped me where the bus leaves. She's always ready to go out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable.

Medyo mahina lang ung shower. Walang duplicate key.

Though ung room na pinag stayhan namin is not the original since nag extend ung guest nila, still ung pinaglipatan is way better. Clean ung area and kung ano ung description sa room details, same in actual. Malakas din ang wifi and aircon is working great. Provided ung mga gamit for cooking. We stayed there very comfortable and peaceful.

airconditioners arent as cool probably because the power supply in Siargao was also fluctuating.

good value for money and hosts were very accommodating. Gigi can actually provide tips on rental rates and where to go exploring especially that prices can sky rocket for tourists.

It was soo loud, the roosters shout all the night long if they are funny, we did not sleep very well, because the room was not isolated like at all and there were at least 5 ones nearby. Also there is a gap a few centimeters under the door and once we had a 7-8 cm crab in the room. the bathroom has no bug seal, so there were constantly a lot inside and we were bitten a lot. To call our room Deluxe is a overstatement.

Very nice host, organized a scooter for us (350 per day), the room even had access to a kitchen and we had free water refill at the refill station. Warm water in the shower.

- A bit loud AC - Not in a central area, but if you have a motorbike that is not a problem.

Really big room with hot water shower and even a small kitchen equipped with essentials. Really pleased with the place, recommend. - The owners! Three days of our stay, there was a storm making it partly impossible to leave the premisis, flooded the street to the house and cut the electricity. David and Gigi really made these days so much easier for us by letting us use their kitchen, gave us rides in to town when we needed something, and made us feel like a part of the family. Can't thank them enough
