The bed is honestly a bit uncomfortable and the pillows could be better, like a medium-soft plus a really soft pillow would be nicer. I think a larger tray for cutlery would also be nice. A laundry basket would be a great addition as would a non sensor faucet for the kitchen with temperature as it was really annoying to clean dishes thanks to the sink. Also a drying towel for the dishes is good to have.

The shower and aircon were very nice with the temperature control, although the positioning of the aircon seems to not ventilate the area below it very well so the temperature at the bed is higher then further into the room. We loved the large tv, I actually have the same one in my own bedroom at home. The toilet with bidet was also a very good addition. The closeness to both laundry and malls are really awesome and the pool was nice.

the free water from the water dispenser is not much like it was almost empty. When we get there we were really thirsty and we are not sure the water at the ref were clean or not. The shower head is clogged so we need to use the tabu. The toilet bidet was upgraded but it's something weird to use, the old traditional bidet could have been better.

i liked it that its not too far from the ground floor and it has a pool view.

The location is in the heart of the city and just few steps away from the mall, grocery store, etc. The interiors of the room is adorned with Japanese-themed fixtures and decorations making the room more cozy. A highly recommended place to stay in Cagayan de Oro City.

This is very minor and can easily be addressed; they should provide hanging area or hooks for clothes. There are hooks inside the shower area but we cannot hang clean, newly ironed clothes there. Clothes might get dirty and wet. Exhaust in the cr is not very good. Odor don’t dissipate well. Maybe they can provide air fresheners.

Maybe adjust the showerhead so it was mounted properly to the wall. During our stay, we need to hold it to take a shower and its a little bit inconvenient. the mop beside the toilet bowl also somehow smells weird. but overall everything is good.

The location was conveniently near to everything and every place we wanted to go. the place was cozy and has everything we need. the owner also replies right away every time we have query.

The swimming pool is closed since June 2024, the swimming pool was one of the main reasons why I had chosen this apartment. Very loud AC, remote control of the AC didn’t work.
