The shower was not working. I was not given a towel.

Its affordable and the staff have been accommodating. Their location is also very good, it was easy for me to get around as it is near places where I need to get to.

We stayed one night to be around the ferry terminal. Friendly staff. Cheap room. You can get there from the airport easy with bus and metro and walking the rest (but be cautious when you walk at night)

The wash rooms must be improved. There should be heaters at wash where you can opt for hot water incase you needed it to bath.

Good to know there is opening hours for the place and they close the doors around 10pm I’ve seen some rat in the dormitory

Some guests are inconsiderate forgetting that they are not the only ones staying at this place. The rooms are not sound proof, you can literally hear the car, jeepneys and everyone else outside. 😂😂😂😂

There is a 24-hour front desk. On the first night I arrived in Manila, my wallet and passport were robbed near the airport.The location is pleasent si that I spent five pleasant and safe days at this hostel.

It was more a package deposit of Human being then an hostel. No cold water at all and I had to discuss with the receptionist for keep my beckpack few hours after check in ... Is about 40 beds in a room with 2 bathrooms and two showers

Main guests were rodents stunning for their size. I have lived with mice but never with some big as cats. Probably some strict food policy and not eating in the room (stuff was as well due to lack of other spaces) can help solve a but the problem. Rats and coakroaches are everywhere but when they walk so confidently in daylight it means no effort is taken. Important- The entrance door is locked from 10 pm to 5am !! The male shared room is like a big garage with 40 beds. I was worried at first but then i kinda liked its temperature. I read in the review they were flexible on the check in that's why i chose this hostel. That is not true anymore. I arrived at 4 am, deprived of sleep and had to wait 10 hours for the city for the check in time(with room being mostly of empty beds). It's true that is cheap for the location, worth 200 something a night, more is not worth it, few pesos more for a normal place

Receptionist are nice, wifi works, mattress is standard, there is a shower, there are some common sockets. Rooms are cool and fresh. They let me keep my bags in a storage though , that was nice. Very central.

Absolute no go. 40 beds in a pretty small, dirty room. Terrible bathroom facilities, water everywhere, no toilet paper (not even when you ask for it, you have to buy it yourself) and ofcourse, your classic cockroach. And then there is a curfew (?!) From 22 - 5 they just close the door... I'm honestly not sure if this is supposed to be a hostel or a homeless shelter. How this place scores a 7.7 blows my mind.

The Hostel closed doors from 10pm to 5am, without any possibility to get in or out since the gate was closed and the guests didnt have a Key. During the booking or reservation that issue was not announced. Since it is a very limitating factor, it affected the whole stay.

The receptionist is nice and tries to help in any way possible. However, nothing could be done regarding the closed door issue.

The worst thing about this hostel is that it has a 10pm to 5am curfew. So you cannot get in or out of the hostel after 10pm, which is pretty bad. At first we've been told that if we come back after 10pm, we would need to wait until 5am when they'll open the door again. This was not showing in the booking details and according to the app, there is a 24h reception (which obviously is not the case). After insisting, the lady from reception agreed to unlock the door for us at midnight, but not later. But this is the first time I'm seeing this and it's not ok. Might be a new policy, as I did not see anything about it in the reviews and I would be surprised if nobody else complained, as two other guests complained just during our stay.

It was cheap so you get what you pay for, which is fine.
