When the city's electricity went out, the hotel's huge generator started immediately but the internet did not.

Very comfortable bed. Excellent included buffet breakfast out by the huge pool with waterfall into the attached children's pool. Centrally located on main road, 100 meters from huge A/C shopping mall. I've stayed at this hotel when visiting this city for 10 years.

In general the price per night is not ok, as the water-supply / especially warm water or hot-water for shower is not ok.. it takes too much long until warm water arrives .. or you will not have warm water, even if you wait and wait.. after starting showering. This can happen in 50Peso rooms .. but not in a 2000Peso hotel-room! Breakfast can improve a lot. Aircon is dirty and filters need to be cleaned! Some aircons and or fridges are very noisy, so you cannot sleep!

in general the location is not so bad. The guards are very friendly and helpful! Desk staff is funny and is trying to help in each and every situation.. Breakfast is very simple... it can improve a lot. The rooms upstairs are with a nice view to all amusements, like swimming pool etc. Downstairs is more noisy ...as all people walking in your front.

Wifi a bit annoying, you have to log in and inactive connection falls out, data transfer week and low compared to a sim phone. System needs upgrade, routers and subscription.

First i had room 221 wifi connection impossible bad and no fridge in room as on pictures, staff VERY friendly and service minded listen to my issues. Then i got moved to room 227 on 2nd floor, much better room and wifi week but now usable. Great several big sofa relax sitting area on 2nd floor, really lovely. Breakfast quite thin, but there is food and staff got me bread fried egg and butter. Had a pleasant stay, clean place and staff great. Only a 5 min walk to Robinson mall and restaurants. Smoke around corners, if you behave clean. They are flexible even no smoke signs everywhere. Thanks a lot.

Construction going on outside the front door so entrance is currently at the side, in car park. No kettle for tea/coffee making. Small issues really.

Nice enough place. Clean room, AirCon, comfy bed. Great staff. Swimming pool was good. Airport shuttle provided by the Hotel at 250PHP which i thought very fair.

The first room room 105 had a broken latch on the window. It kept the room temperature rather warm than cold. And a bunch of dead flies on the bathroom window sill. And the bath mat was not so clean. They transferred me to another room because they could not fix the window. Room a which is the room they transferred me to also had the problems with dead flies on the bathroom window sill and the problem with the television set. But they did fix it. And the bathroom did not have the spray hose by the toilet to wash your backside.

The breakfast was excellent. The room 105 had a window that kept popping open in the back of the room. And the TV was having many problems with the card. The second room that they moved me to room A. It did not have a sprayer to wash your backside. The first room had one the second room was missing. The room was comfortable and was cool eventually. I believe they should have issued two cards without charging me for the second card so I can keep the air con on while I'm at the pool. But otherwise I enjoyed my stay and the food was great.
