Did a last-minute booking here and it turned out to be a good decision! The room was very comfortable (even if I didn’t have my own private bathroom), and the staff was incredibly patient, they even waited for me until midnight, which I really appreciated 😅. The moment I checked in, I already felt at home. As a VA, fast internet is non-negotiable, and their WiFi did not disappoint, strong and reliable at 50mbps, which allowed me to get work done smoothly. I also had a restful night’s sleep. Another plus is that they have a Kuya driver who can conveniently drop you off at the highway so you can easily head to your next destination. Overall, a great stay - highly recommended! 🌟

Just a little out of the way but since we still have a 3hr trip and would reach our destination around 9pm so we decided to stay the night

The property is practical. There are A/Cs in each room. The pool is very well maintained. We like that there is a separate spacious kitchen from the main building. The staff are very polite, professional and friendly. The whole area is clean. The surrounding is not congested, it gives us fresh air. From the veranda, we can see farms, rice fields and lots of vegetations. We stayed for 2 nights with our family. Everyone enjoyed the whole stay comfortably.

Excellent quiet barangay getaway. Clean pool. Perfect wifi. Privately owned property. Located close to TPLEX, Sison exit. Went to Sagada, so this guesthouse is perfect stopover. Friendly and helpful local staff.

I saw some crawling insects like cockroaches and ants in the room. Need to call pest control. Curtains needs washing. Aside from that, everything was good

Staff were all right, but not that friendly. Pool use was not offered, not that I would have wanted to, but still would have been nice to offer. AC in the room is noisy, but that's kind of expected for this price. Shared showe door is sagging on its hinges and thus doesn't close properly. Sink on the room had no running water.

Good location for a stopover if you're travelling north. Quiet surroundings. There's purified water downstairs to use.

But the location is very inconvenient for visiting the Hundred Islands. I stayed 3 nights, and every single night there were loud karaoke parties: until 2 AM the first night, 3 AM the second, and 1 AM the last. One afternoon I returned early (5 PM), only to find the hotel had rented out the pool area to large local groups doing karaoke and barbecues, taking over the space and creating noise until 2 AM. Rooms meant for 2 people were packed with 6 to 8 guests. It feels like the owner prioritizes cash from events over guest comfort. It was simply impossible to rest. A real shame, because the staff was otherwise kind – but clearly more focused on money than hospitality.
