Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNothing.
Perfect overnight stay for an early flight as it's within very close proximity for an international flight. Basic, comfortable room. A few good choices for somewhere to eat just a couple of minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

CanadaOnce again it is only a layover for airport use. I think it's a little overpriced and that's about my own complaint everything else work perfect especially clemliness and efficiency
We only needed to layover for about 6 hours from about 11:00 am. and check out my five pm. So of course the room was extremely small this was not a concern as we only needed to shower up have a rest and keep our luggage stored until we cut our flight. We knew booking it that it was extremely small we didn't care it suited our needs. The main thing was it was extremely clean i hear a lot of complaints about no toilet seat why complain when you knew there would be no toilet safe before booking it because many other people made the complaint. No problem sitting on a toilet with no toilet seat as the toilet was extremely clean so not a big deal. My wife got to o close her eyes and rest for a while as we had come in on 15 hour overnight sleeper bus and didn't sleep well. Basta called the bolt for us to get to the airport which was only a few minutes away to terminal three. My opinion except for the price being a little high it worked out perfect. Nobody trying to enjoy a vacation is going to book here it is only about having a lay over before your flight. Plenty of food places close by so you don't have to search out and we were happy with all.

United StatesCramped, the ac is pointed to the bed so it was uncomfortable having cold wind on you the whole night. But if the ac was off it was way too hot and humid. Room is a box with a bed.

United KingdomNo lift, so you need to be able to carry your luggage up a stair or two.
It's a small room but it has everything you need. Works as a stopover as it's just next to the airport. You have to enter the complex that it is inside, then go to the airport end, and halfway along the outside of building you find the reception.

PhilippinesThe hygiene of the room is not quite good. I see a lot of hair in the towel and blanket that was not mine. The comfort room also smells not good which made me not comfortable using it. Hopefully they will improve their room keeping.
The location is very accessible and convenient. The room was spacious enough.

United KingdomThe room is a bit too small but enough for a short stay of 1 night in-between flights.
The place is perfect for a short stay. I arrived in Manila from Caticlan in the afternoon and I had to leave Manila the day after at 6:30am. The place is very close to NAIA Airport and it's a in a safe and garded complex. The room was big enough for a double bed and a little table + en-suite toilet with shower, everything was very tidy and neat.

United StatesWORST PARTS: A.) ROOMS are incredibly SMALL "BROOM-CLOSETS!!" B) NIGHT STAFF --GIE and SERRO--are incredibly UNTRAINED and GIE in RECEPTION, speaks VERY POOR ENGLISH. c) NOISY GUESTS--between 11:30 PM and 12:30 A.M. a WHOLE SERIES OF LOUD GUESTS CHECKED IN. This is a very small hotel w/ only 10 ROOMS. The 5 (?) downstairs rooms are within 5 feet of CHECK-IN DESK. So, ON THE NITE B4 MY BIG, LONG, INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT we had 5-7 GUESTS check in (mostly FILIPINO) who were LOUD & OBNOXIOUS!!! WOKE ME UP instantly in my ROOM #1. GIE did NOTHING to modify these RUDE, LOUD GUESTS BEHAVIOUR. Absolutely NOTHING!!! She is CLUELESS...She didn't even THINK to try to CALM THEM DOWN!! DON'T STAY HERE!!! (Every other 4-5-6 HOTELS not only LOOKED BETTER than E. TRANSIENT "NON-RELAXING" hotel, BUT I talked to a FEW OF THE RECEPTION PPL at the other NEXT-DOOR HOTELS and they all SEEMED BOTH MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE as well as MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL than GIE who rides the NITE SHIFT DESK @ E. TRANSIENT.) WHILE THESE OTHERS weren't on BOOKING, SEARCH AROUND. THERE ARE PLENTY OF HOTELS near the AIRPORT. SHOP AROUND. Don't stay here. THIS PLACE shd be called "LOUD FILIPINO HOTEL." I doubt you will get a GOOD NITE'S SLEEP b4 your FLIGHT? GIE is absolutely CLUELESS in how to GET PPL to be QUIET AND RESPECTFUL!!! DAY SHIFT LADY wasn't any better, btw.
THERE IS VERY LITTLE TO LIKE... Only thing is that this SALEM (gated) COMPLEX has a LOT of restaurants, 2 places to buy CIGS, and is close to the AIRPORT. I'll give TRANSIENT (but not RELAXED) HOTEL a (very few) BROWNIE POINTS for having a pure water dispenser to fill your WATER BOTTLES. 300 BAHT Shuttle to the MNL airport was OK. NOW--the DOWN SIDE of staying here (BELOW).
