Friendly house owner, great location next to the Silliman university, easy to access city center

I had a really good stay here. The location is excellent – just a short stroll to the university area, the seafront, and very convenient for the port when heading to Siquijor. The whole property is spotless and well kept, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff welcoming and friendly. As a solo traveller felt very safe. Would happily stay again.

The kitchen was free to use but no ability to cook, just cut things.

Wonderfully helpful family, clean home, and comfortable bed! The WiFi was good and there are plenty of walkable places nearby. Also, it’s close to the pier.

This accommodation is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our room had aircon and a ceiling fan which was great. There was a kitchen with utensils and water fountain supply. It is within walking distance to restaurants and close to ports for ferries to and from nearby islands. We stayed in Dumaguete to visit Apo Island for snorkel/scuba trip which was booked with Harolds Dive Centre Dumaguete, which is located just around the corner.

Very busy (noisy) roads (bad sleep)

Great central location, only shirt walk to mall and restaurant Districts. Place was very clean, comfortable and accessible and the host and family are lovely lovely people!

Noise from the Main Street is unavoidable but after 1st night you will get used to it. Nothing major!

Fantastic guest house in a busy Dumaguete. I enjoyed my stay, 12 nights in total. Nikko and his family and great hosts. You can walk to the main boulevard in 10min or take a tricycle for 50php (don’t pay more). Overall, I can highly recommend it!

The bed was very squeaky but other than that it was all very comfortable

Very homey and cosy, clean, spacious. In a perfect location, 10 mins front the port and close to nice restaurants and coffee shops. Nikko and his family were so friendly and helpful, we rented his scooter and he directed us on where to go!

We were just a bit confused about the address because we took the Grab Trike. But we found it right away.

It felt like home. They were accommodating. When we requested to upgrade our room, they didn't hesitate to approve our request. The room was so spacious.

Place was very clean and homely. And also near the city center. The staff attendant was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended and will most probably stay there again if we get back to Dumaguete.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nikkos Place. It was welcoming, very clean and cosy. Nicely prepared upon arrival. Nikko was always helpful when we had questions or needed a good tip for activities. Place is well located within the city, just a few minutes walk from centrum. Perfect for exploring Dumaguete and its surroundings!
