On the second day they gave me a larger room...full of light but there was a nest of ants. The hotel is nice outside... it has an excellent cafeteria with affordable prices The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Thanks to the supervisor who helped me move yo another and better room

I arrived at the hotel at 9 am and they told me I should wait until 2 pm. The room was too small for a queen bed. I should have had a full bed instead. The shower was horrible, there was no soap for bathing and the tile was full of mold. They cleaned it a little. I asked to be moved to another room and they told me there wasn't one until the next day.There were flies in the room and when I took a shower the water came out of the bathroom drain into the bedroom. I had the worst night of my life in a hotel.

The room was very basic and the initial room had no window which we didn't know about so the manager kindly upgraded us to a room with daylight!

The food was excellent, the environment of the dining area and pool outside area was very pleasant too and it was convenient for being a short walk from the bus terminal.

You guys should take care of the guest that are eating in your hotel. After the bad service we stopped eating there completely because the food the we ordered was wrong and it came late. We already lost our appetite. You guys lost a lot of money from us

The breakfast was ok,but the service was too slow. There was a seminar at the time and the staff was more focused on the seminar more than the guests.

We had 4 rooms, the 3 was great but the smallest for our 2 drivers is very small and has no view. That's partly my fault for not booking in advance for them, however, I wasn't expecting the huge discrepancy between the room for 3 vs the room for 2.

The staff are very accomodating. The welcome cookies taste great! The location is just a few minutes walk to City Mall and the park which is highly recommended if you want to go for a morning walk. Senior citizens will be comfortable because they have rooms at the ground level by the pool side. They have a wide selection of food for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you are not too concerned with the price =)

the cable reception is too poor, during staying at room you can not enjoy to watch tv due to blur receptions an also i caught the attention of the toilet too small for big guy like me

Location is near the center of everything and can be accessed by the main road and coastal road. It is clean & has wifi in the rooms.

We got a budget room for a night because the hotel was fully booked that weekend. All of the surrounding hotels in Sorsogon City were fully booked as well. No choice but to stay in a small low maintenanced room . Vinyl tiled flooring has peeled off and cracked areas. Toilet seat was partly unhinged. Toilet tiles has mildew on some spots. The blankets on the beds were mismatched- 1 is new and the other 1 is old. And the sad part, no hot shower. Water heater was unavailable.

Staff were polite and friendly. Although the hotel is old, it still is the most convenient place to stay in Sorsogon. It is situated in the heart of the city. The baywalk that has a good view of the sea and Mt Bulusan is just a walkable distance. Food and coffee at their small cafe is also good.
