The rooms we had were a bit dark and since we unfortunately spent a couple of days sick (not the fault of the hotel, whole family caught a terrible cold!), it was a bit depressing being stuck in the rooms so much

Given its remoteness you are limited to the grounds of the hotel, the beach and the few beach facilities (massage).

This hit all of the vacation requirements of luxury and location, but it is remote.

The location is fabulous, just over an hour drive from busy and not so pretty Puerto Princessa. Sabang is very quiet, and absolutely great for few days to just chill, read a book and do some activities. Zip line walking distance from the hotel (along the beach), boats leaving to underground river just 5pm in walk.. hotel very clean, rooms super comfortable with great decor. Fabulous restaurant and pool par. Staff absolutely amazing,, very polite and very friendly. The pool is magnificent and beach just outside of the hotel pristine. Reastaurant menu could be a little bigger, breakfast was great. Spa also fantastic although at this stage offering only massages and scrubs.

The beach experience is great at this hotel, very beautiful sigh, sand, water and hotel services. The pool is very big, clean and it was everything you want, chaise longues enough and even in pool, pool bar, even 3 mini jacuzzies and showers so you can wash before and after you go at pool (you can also use it for the beach). Towels are provided by the hotel for the beach and pool stay. Breakfast is great, many thing from you can chose, good food quality and you are served with fresh juices from nice combinations fruits.

Annoying policy with charging poolbar drinks and restaurant bills on the room, either not possible or several difficulties with it and hotel staff running behind you multiple times disturbing you... Other than that great place.

Don’t forget anything as a very long 3+ hour drive from Puerto Princesa airport (didn’t don my homework here). This was a bit of a punish.

The bedroom is the perfect size. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and in general everything is very clean and perfectly maintained. The staff is super friendly and it's a very safe place. Also the food was surprisingly good. Very recommended.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. they really want to make your stay as nice as possible. the pool is very good for kids, being close to the beach and a with a poolbar where you can take fresh fruits cocktails for the kids. the restaurant also serves very good food, not only international, but also local filipino which is very tasty.

The main downturn for me was the restaurant and beach bar. At night, there food takes too long time to arrive, the first penne carbonara I ate gave me diarrhea next day (didn't happen in one week traveling in palawan). The beach bar uses hot water for drinks and put ice, when you get them they are not really cold. The menu of the restaurant is limited, and there are not good options around in town. Also VERY EXPENSIVE for Palawan, 450 php for a red bull, 200 php for a Pepsi, 680 php for a pasta. As you don't have other good options, it's sad. For the room, the only bad thing is the shower, very weak flow for hot water, baths were not pleasant.

Great hotel structure, the pools are very good. Plenty of sunbeds in the beach. Breakfast is nice, location is perfect for PP Underground River tour. There are ATMs close by and other activities to do as well, beach is good for swimming.

The pool was superb. Great it was the same length all the way as this made it safe for my daughter. We liked the basketball hoop and the pool bar menu.

Magnificent hotel, perfectly located to get to the underground river cruise- walk out to the beach and turn left - it’s an easy 5 min walk to the pier where you buy your tickets (2100 for a private boat which takes up to 5 ppl or 250pp for a shared boat - we did the shared for our family of 4 and had another two ppl with us). Your feet get wet when you get off the boat so make sure you don’t wear runners like I did. The boat ride takes approx 15 mins to the entrance of the cave and you get into a different boat for the cave experience which takes approx 45mins- well worth doing this trip if you come to Palawan. Get your tickets straight from the pier as it will be cheaper that going through the hotel or other sites offering it We stayed two nights at this magnificent hotel and ate dinner both nights at Pawikan (5 min walk and turn right onto the beach from the hotel) - highly recommend this restaurant- try to get there by 6pm and their own hotel guests will also be wanting to eat there. The staff at Four Points go above and beyond- accommodation clean and safe, best swimming pool ever - plenty to sun beds, lovely pool bar,

Lovely hotel in a great location for relaxation and access to the Underground River, zip line and mangrove tours (just a few min walk to the tour offices). All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Restaurant good was excellent but staff need restaurant service training. Restaurant service waits were long, and we had to chase staff to order drinks and food, especially if at the cabanas or by the pool. They have a great selection of water toys and the beach was safe for children to play at the beach. We were unpleasantly surprised by the nik nik warning upon our arrival (sand flies that bite) and would have liked to have known this before booking, however we didn't encounter any issues with them. I liked the small village shops. Disappointed to see a 4-10 times proce mark up on simple conveniences at the hotel like chips and sun cream. Very clean. Amazing pool. We really enjoyed our stay one of our favorites on this holiday. A warning to those with motion sickness, the road to the hotel from Puerto Princesca is not for the faint of heart (2 hours of bumps and curves), be sure to pack your anti nausea meds!
