Very comfortable and clean and spacious. All amenities included with strong WiFi and streaming services. Each room was air conditioned and included a separate laundry. The Batangas City Mall was a 3 minute walk and offered a massive shopping experience. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay.

It's a little inconvenient because I can't watch over-the-air TV. And it would be better if you could supply the towels according to the number of family members staying and the date.

The facilities were very clean and especially good for family use. It was convenient because SM mall was close by

Very minor issue is the bathroom door doesn't stay shut unless you lock it from the inside. The foam padding on the sofa is thin.

The location is pretty good. Nice shower. Excellent AC. Good amount of space and nice layout.

Difficulty in finding the place. The San Rafael Compound was not mentioned or highlighted in the address.

We had a hard time locating the place, good thing they responded to my message when we were navigating using Waze. I kinda wish they provided a quick guide on locating the place so it’s easier. On our first night, there was a water interruption which lasted for about 6 hrs. It resumed in the morning which made us worried as we’re staying at the place as it’s close to the venue of the wedding we’re attending. Hopefully situations like these are anticipated (if it really happens often) as we had no water to use the entire night.

The location is a bit far from all the tourist attractions.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Everything was exactly like what it is in the photos. The WiFi is very fast, it's good if you are working online. The host is very helpful! When we were short of toilet paper and water, she/he helped us immediately!

Outside meshed door, one more outside from main gate entrance door was hard to be handled n cut my heel by lower edge of that door. 2 cockroaches had to be killed. Narrow starecase does not help us bring up n down safely with large suitcase. Sofa was not so comfortable to sit. Aircon was loud n noisy in bed rooms.washing machine located outside not cleaned sludgy so did not use it. Sorry to critisize minors but overall happy but some more room to impress customer..

The time we went there were road works going on, so it was quite a diversion to get to the apartment, but that didn't make our stay less comfortable!

The unit was super clean and well decorated. Walking distance to SM mall Batangas City. Not too far from the ferry port. Free parking in front of the apartment.

I wish I could watch a public TV broadcasting.

Above all, it was nice to have a SM mall close by, and the interior facilities were clean and the kitchen utensils were well equipped, so it was comfortable for my family to stay together. The surroundings are quiet, too. Whenever I visit the Philippines, I only use this place.

This place has everything furnished no matter what you need. It’s close to a major mall and supermarket so you can simply walk there. Had a request online and staff were there in two minutes. Nice place. Roomy and cozy. And the amount of entertainment on the tv was amazing too. Great place!
