Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The room was overall clean, but could be cleaner and could use a bit of upgrade and polishing of furniture and fixtures. Not a deal breaker, still was a positive and comfortable experience.
The location was very convenient. The area is very near the airport and next to a mall, which gives access to many stores and fast food places. Only stayed for one night and got a good night's sleep, with very comfy beds.

The bed sheet had noticeable stain (yellow, black, and even a short streak of red). It was disgusting and I would've requested to change rooms but I didn't have the chance. The bathroom also had molds :( but thankfully it didn't smell so we didn't mind
The location was perfect as it's at a mall and also just one ride away from SM. The beds are comfortable as well

Less options for breakfast.

The only downside is you can hear the noise from the outside. Rooms are not soundproof.
A secret Home in a Mall. We stayed here for 2 nights and the room is clean with arge comfy bed and pillows. Facilities are all working. Location is very convenient, 15 minutes away to the airport. /near bus station. We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Will surely book again in this hotel. Kudos to the friendly and respectful staff of Go Hotels Butuan!!

The only suggestion that I would make is that the cleaning staff could check the soap dispensers to make sure that they are full. It is not that there was none available as there were two in my room but one was empty and required me reaching around and securing the soap when it was supposed to be just very handy.
It was compact but still had my shower and separate toilet and a television on the wall. The staff responded quickly when I needed help with turning the tv on. There is little to not like about the place
It is located right in the mall, opposite the bus terminal and centrally located to accessibility to all parts of the city. The best part were the beds, huge beds, one of the best I have seen so far in terms of size.

The furnishings could use an update to address the wear and tear, and adding better lighting options in the rooms would make the stay more comfortable.
We ended up staying at this hotel when our first choice was fully booked, and it was a decent experience overall. The location is definitely a highlight since it’s conveniently attached to a mall. While the rooms showed obvious signs of wear and tear, they were clean, and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a solid option if you’re traveling on a budget and prioritize convenience.

With the king-size bed in a relatively small room, luggage space is a premium. Hallway noise can be an issue (they did warn us about construction on the 4th floor from 10-5pm, so that's fair). A slight smell in the room when we entered 1st time needs to be addressed (maybe coming from the bathroom). Forget the TV, signal is not good, so picture is fuzzy. They do have renovations in many rooms, so they do have improvement plans.
Big clean king-size bed. Warm & adequate shower pressure. The location was very good, attached to the Robinson mall. For what we needed, it worked, and we really got good sleep on the nice king-size beds.
