We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PhilippinesWhile it is true that the AC can be loud, it was not really a bother for us. we turned and left it on while we stayed at the rooftop for drinks and turned it off before we slept. The ceiling fan was not working but it was cold enough for us the whole night. There was no elevator so we were lucky to get a room on the 1st floor.
Restaurant on the rooftop, fastfood nearby and mini stores in the neighborhood. Free breakfast and cozy rooftop to chill. we only stayed for a night and we would love to stay longer. The staff was very accommodating, clean rooms, fresh sheets and towels.

United KingdomOnly downside my air-conditioning unit in the room was very noisy.
The hotel is spotlessly clean , the staff are helpful and friendly , the room is large enough with a decent bathroom. The kitchen area has a large fridge and kettle and microwave. The breakfast is on the roof which is nice or you can have it delivered to your room. Local bus 50m away is 30 pesos ,or tuktuk is around 100 into the center. I reccomend this hotel.
