We have a late check-in no staff attended to us only Gurad is available. The water is on/off, flush is not functioning, the drainage is clogging. The pool is small and dirty. TV and wifi is not also functioning.

Toilet not working properly I requested to transfer us in a new room , extension plug is not working properly, you have to bend to plug the kettle because it is too short as well , we’ve stayed for two nights and the breakfast is the same hotdog with egg and we’ve order longanisa informed us no stock

Wifi was really slow, there was no spoons for the free instant coffee. We wanted to use the pool during the night but they were refilling water. There was a free breakfast available but no one informed us that it was only available 'till 9:00 am :(

The room was clean, pool area was clean too, and the staffs are very approachable. The pool area was our favorite because of the ambiance. The location was not far from the city and it was very private.

I booked this placed based only upon us having a swimming pool to cool down in. When we got there it was empty! Extremely disappointing for myself and my Teenagers. Nothing else to do there. Boring. Had to pay cash on arrival since they didnt accept credit cards.

Staff were trying to be accommodating based on the status of the Hotel. Were very friendly and tried to explain why the Restaurant wasnt really functional because of change of Management? Told me the Pool was empty and going to be refilled by nighfall....impossible with a garden hose if you know anything about pools. Wi Fi was ok.

Everything in the hotel was off to standard .Room was smelly , toilets not working , dirty room with spiders , lights kept on blinking , air-conditioning out of standard very weak . The whole experienced was poor should have been refunded as the accomodation generally out of standards, waste of money not recommendable to any visitors of all ages . Misleading website information of the hotel .

The property's honesty: Their marketing team wasn't transparent enough to the real availability of their swimming pool, which was basically the secondary reason why booked a room in this property. The pool looks inviting in the advert though. However, it is usually or most of the time unavailable. We reached out to their FB page to inquire whether the pool was clean and available on June 15, and they said, "YES." To our surprise upon checking in yesterday, their receptionist informed us that it's being cleaned. It was so upsetting due to the fact that one of the reasons we booked was their "INVITING POOL" in their advert. The room's condition: We chose in Booking.com a TWIN room, but we were given a double bed. When we opened the door, we were welcomed by the musty, stale odor of the room. To describe it, it smelled like an old house. So disgusting. The ambiance of the room was dispiriting. It had only one ceiling lamp and the lampshade on the corner of the room was faulty. The AC unit was also small and could not even make the entire room cold. The toilet: The odor of the toilet was sickening. It was due to the old, damp shower curtain. The floor tiles and wall tiles were soiled. The walls were only covered with wallpapers to hide the real condition of the toilet walls. The water quality: The water coming out of their defective automatic faucet tasted like metal. You can basically taste it when you brush your teeth. So expect that the water coming out from their clogged shower has the same quality. The prices of their rooms: The prices of their rooms do not really match the quality of the rooms you will be getting. We just stayed here for an hour and decided to check out and looked for another hotel in the town proper. We should have believed the poor reviews of this property.

Location: Just more than a five-minute drive from Balanga Cathedral and the town proper and is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Barangay Sibacan. Free parking: But only limited to few cars and is on the vacant lot adjacent to the property. Free toothbrushes, hand soaps, and water bottles.
