Location is excellent. All staff very efficient and friendly. Beautiful hotel decor and a lovely place to stay. Well stocked fridge and very reasonable prices. Bathroom was lovely.

Needed more hangers in the wardrobe and room service often missed emptying the bins or replacing the towells. Minor things only and easily rectified upon asking.

The location was great and the restaurant food in the hotel was amazing

The breakfast was fine with standard choices, prepared to order with a waitress. Upon checkout, it was raining and our transportation service was able to park and wait in the basement so the rain was not a problem at all. Check out was quick and easy.

TV was a little difficult to use.

It’s a nice old building, nice arquitecture, but needs maintenance in some areas.

Beds are harder than the floor, not one nice night of sleep. The wifi was terrible, always loading or non functioning at times.

So Clea, staff so friendly, nice hot water. The location was excellent.

The only criticism was our air conditioner didn’t work very well. The room was hot and stuffy but everything else was excellent.

Great shower. Nice staff and great location.

Aircon wasn't the best but I think it's because we were on the top floor. Also the bed was quite hard.
