So like, one of their floor has two rooms and a shared living room ( not sure for the other floors). We occupied one of the rooms but our bathroom is just outside our room (it's not an en suite bathroom). But the other room has an en suite bathroom. Nevertheless, the bathroom outside is still ours since we can lock it, but it's just a hustle to go outside the room and making sure to lock the bathroom before going back. Sadly, the internet connection is weak in our room so we have to stay at the living room but it's hot, they don't have AC in the living room, I didn't ask if they can spare an electric fan.

So like 2 lang kami and traveled with a motorcycle. I really like how they have an aircon in the room. The room is also big enough for like 4 pax and has 2 single beds. They also have a living room enough for a family. They have a clean bathroom and it has a hot shower. Moreover, I really like how close it is at the centre. Although you have to walk for like 10-15 munutes which is enough for a light exercise to reach the center. In addition, the staffs are accommodating, they can serve ice and utensils. They also have a parking space and mini garden at the side. Based from our experience, the booking doesn't include breakfast, unless you requested one but with additional pay. So far, our stay was really comfortable and the tourist spots are really a walking distance, like plaza Salcedo, night market, Calle Crisologo, public market, Robinsons, and Crisologo museum. It's worth the price naman, me and my partner even decided to come back here since we already memorized the routes from the centre to the lodge 🤣.

very reasonable price; walking distance to the heritage site, Church, bank, supermarket and restos. hotel has 7 rooms only, ideal for a big family of 14 to 20 adults and kids if you want the whole place just 4u; each floor has a living room and dining area which makes it homey;

We rented the first floor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus the sala (wich looked amazing, like a museum!) for 2 nights with 4 persons, we enjoyed it 100% Friendly staff, speak English well, great rooms, and a very good rate. We fully recommend this hotel, hope to be back 1 day.

Located walking distance from the old city, and just a few minutes from the market and Partas bus station. Large clean and comfortable rooms with aircon and proper hot showers. My room had a window facing the back so it was quiet, away from the traffic. They offer breakfast, but I preferred going to plaza Burgos. They stored my luggage while I was waiting for my night bus to depart.

The location, on a busy road without sidewalks, was somewhat difficult from a walking perspective. This is not the property's fault - I should have checked the location more carefully. The room was on the fourth floor, and there was no elevator. This could be an issue for someone less mobile. Very few restaurants in the vicinity.

The room was comfortable, and the adjoining common/sitting room was pleasant. Staff were helpful.

The Driver + Car they recommended from Vigan going to Ilocos Norte are all overpriced, seems like there is a monopolization happening there. I would suggest to have your own transportation and itinerary arrangements outside Vigan.

Highly appreciated the flexibility of modifying our booking due to some unforeseen events. Friendly staff, good value for money, we didn't really stay much in the room due to our itinerary. Thank you Hilfrans!

Shower in room 1 was dissatisfactory, water was very slow; shower in room 2 was flooding, water wasn't draining well. Wifi is not available inside rooms. It would b good if fridge is available in the common room. Staff was nice tho.
