Great staff

No shampoo / body wash in the shower. Our room had windows but had to stay close cause view on the garden outside

Big king beds in the rooms, but some rooms have single beds which would be unlucky if you get one of those (I messaged the property to reserve a king bed). We also went outside of the busy season for tourists so we got the whole dorm to ourselves. If you go to Coron I recommend not spending more than 1 or 2 nights, not much to do there.

We booked the property for the pool, and the rooftop bar. They were both closed! The pool was going through “renovations” and the rooftop bar was closed (maybe in case of rain?). Very disappointing as they would have been the only things to entertain us during our stay. Also, the food isn’t great but it’s hard to find good food anywhere on the island.

The private room, the pool area, the upstairs bar and view. The overall vibe, great social atmosphere. Lots to love about this place.

Recommendations: at least have some area ( drying rack) where the guest can dry their wet clothes/ bikinis, so guests will not hang their wet clothes everywhere and damage some furniture's inside the room.especially in dormitory rooms which have 6 persons sharing.

Bed's curtain wasn't in the good condition. Its design cannot keep us private in our beds. Toilet and shower are not quite clean. No shower gel and shampoo provided. AC was sometimes too cold and too hot and cannot reach every area in the room.

No shade from the road up to the entrance so rainy day is a bit of a challenge. During sunny day, it is perfect.

The best hostel in coron. Exceptional hospitality

Everything in this hostel feels like home. The staff and the accomodation. Cozyness and fun combine. But the staff are superb. They take carw of your needs, very polite, helpful, fun to talk with. The environment is clean and relaxing. Everything you need they have it. Kitchen, Laundry, First Aider, Computer, Books, pool, free dinner, and fun night activities. I will keep on choosing this hostel. Very hospitable staff. I stayed 6 days and 5 night. Location is also accessible to restaurants and ATM, and market, like 10 to 15 mins. Walk if you are slow.

Fab outside area and pool! Lovely staff! The COMFIEST beds, like they were hotel quality, such a treat! Hot showers! Nice great food spots!

The rooms feel spacious even in a twelve bed because of the layout, it’s also very clean and the staff are very helpful and a pretty social hostel.

Probably the first time I've booked a hostel that has a king-sized bed in a dorm room. I must say I was very satisfied with the beddings. Not only it is clean but also the mattress, pillows and sheets were comfortable. The staff were also attentive with my queries and requests like arranging a van shuttle from the airport to hostel. They also have day-to-day activities which encourages you to socialize with fellow travelers in all walks of life and even free light dinners every 5-7pm :D Another thing to add, the place is a walking distance to the town proper and although it is near the roadways, it is not that noisy as compared to the town proper so if you prefer a quaint vibe during your stay then Hop Hostel is the place for you.

The property was great, and the bar on the top was also exceptional.

Nothing really, but if I have to split hairs, I'd say the rooms could have been bigger.

By far the best hostel i've stayed, it doesn't even feel like a hostel. You get the value of your money and really feel like home, you won't even feel bored as the view and vibe is so nice.

The only issue i had is the pressure of the shower specifically in 2nd floor is not that good and the faucet is broken , it needs fixing. Overall, i had a pleasant stay and will definitely go back.
