The restaurant food in the morning was plain. They didn’t know how to cook egg properly, food was cold and there was no supervisor to assist customers. The food in the schafing dish would be from cans or would run out.

It was ok the hotel staff was nice but the restaurant almost over charged me by 40k! Than after that the restaurant staff called me a week later to say that they forgot to bill me 4.6k.

There’s not much any of my family didn’t like about this place. It’s top class.

Everything is new, working, and clean. Every single one of the staff was friendly, helpful and well-trained. The breakfast was excellent. Literally the best hotel we’ve stayed in in the Philippines.

few options for buffet breakfast. the meals served were more of food for lunch rather breakfast. they do no proactively provide room cleaning service. stayed there for four days but no one offered to clean the room or change towels or refill water or toiletries

Jet ski was being used or passed in the same area within the chorded of area, that is very dangerous and can ran over a swimmer. It should strictly pass outside the chorded area Our a/c had a leak No area to buy beach stuff in case someone needs something More variety in food not just Chinese If rooms can be sound proof that will be great, we can hear staff and visitors outside the room. Staff was shouting while cleaning

The beach is not the best but it's usually cleaned every morning. The staff was obviously still in training since they opened just a month ago, but so far they've been fantastic.

I love the friendliness of the staff and the amenities of the resort. The semi-provate pool area is fantastic and the rooms are comfortable.

I booked a sea view room online, but upon arriving at the resort, there were no any rooms available. But the front desk quickly upgraded me to a villa room with a swimming pool，Thank you very much!The only problem is that the small window in the room has no curtains, the morning sunlight is too bright, making it difficult to fall asleep！

Room and the hotel itself are well maintained and clean , the staff are friendly and tne restaurant is excellent (good food and nice staff) except for the breakfast (plated) menu which I’m giving a failing grade. Hope you will improve on that , breakfast being a very important meal of the day .

Room 1205 had a nice pool & ocean view, but on our the last night started having power outages in the room. It would only last 1 or 2 seconds at most, but would reset the TV. I found that the room controller where you insert the room card to keep the power energized, kept cutting the power off. We shoved a sugar packet into the slot along with the card, then our power only cut off a few more times before we left. Told front desk of the issue.

Quite nice and very new and modern, small hotel on the beach. A bit more expensive than other ‘resorts’ in the area, but worth it. Very comfortable bed with plenty of plugs for all your devices. Decent breakfast options which were included with our room.

Breakfast portions were so small, just enough for young kids. The bathroom light was attached to the hall way light. So either sleep with that light on our no light at all. But eat to fix.

They are not ready to accept guests yet. The wifi wasn’t working, there is no restaurant, so no food available and the aircons are too small to cool the rooms effectively. The free breakfast was precooked and served stone cold. When I asked for them to heat it they said they have no kitchen yet. The room rate at 10K is WAY overpriced.
