Everything! The hospitality was superb, hospitality was also excellent. Very child friendly, they lend me a sterilizer and crib for my baby. They also let us borrow a beach mat, umbrella and beach towels. Breakfast was also sumptious.

The rooms are superb and elegant and exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff and very accommodating. Breakfast is good. Dinner buffet is also very good. Nice pool and excellent gym facilities.

We loved this hotel! The beds were super comfy and the pool area was great to relax and swim! Great location, quiet, yet close to the action. The bar tenders were very skilled and super friendly.

the chair in the room , not adviseable for working long hours. Need to put a pillow . since its a beach "grills " type of chair not suitable if your a VA . if they can put cushions . Also our room we cannot adjust the temp in the thermostat .

Food was great , all of the staff are accommodating and 2 steps ahead of you . The lifeguards and the LA-UD receptionist Rhea and the Kurt who assisted us for the surprise for my daughter

The water at the swimming pool was too acidic which makes our skin feel itchy. They might need to check the chlorine levels.

This is my 3rd time staying at Hue. What I really like about the place is the quality of service you get from the staff. They are prompt and always proactive to help. I would like to commend Adones, their shuttle service driver who helped us with our trip going back to the jetty. He was really helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping staff at 5/F who responded promptly to our requests every single time. As always, the pool bar was amazing. Although I was missing their Mai Thai, which is no longer in their menu. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant.

Nothing too serious. The air con was too cold a lot of the time and you can’t change the temperature. There’s no mat for when you step out of the shower. The food especially breakfast and dinner buffet wasn’t super vegetarian friendly which I understand because theres probably not be a lot of vegetarians that visit. The pool bar drinks were more costly than I would’ve expected

Very good location! They offer free beach towels every day what we could take to the beach and get a fresh next day, also free BANIG for the beach. Makes the beach days easier and cleaner! The staff is very caring and nice!

Nothing to complain and dislike

I loved my stay here and it really is a credit to all of the staff. They were super helpful and always greeted me with a heart felt smile. Food was excellent and happy hour drinks was a bonus. The facilities around the place are really well set up for families with small children. Location was pretty good and was at the quiter side with 5 min walk to beach but still only a another 5mins stroll to the vibrant bars and restaurants. I would gladly stay here again.
