Very familiar hotel, clean with a lot of green around, in quite area. The rooms are smalller, but confortable. Our caretaker J-boy was always availlable and ready to help.

Very comfortable room, great bed and we slept very well. The bathroom is very modern and we liked the quieter location in El Nido with a beautiful view as you walk into town.

We didn’t have water / hot water for a few days each day, there’s construction going on next door which was the cause. This also meant it could be a bit noisy in the day. I think the price is quite high considering these points but we did enjoy our stay overall.

The staff were super helpful and all round lovely people. They checked up on us and attended to our needs. Our room was clean and we were comfortable.

We found that the accommodation was a little out of the way especially walking down a cobble path, there was also work going on next door which was out of their control.

Very functional outside El Nido. But close enough for those who want to go there. Offered free Transport . The beach is nice to walk along. There is a place to swim.

If you’re looking for a place that just gets it right, this hotel delivers. It’s tucked in a quiet neighborhood where you can actually hear yourself think, yet still feels connected. The rooms are clean, modern, and built for comfort—think reliable WiFi, cozy bed, no weird smells. What really seals it is the staff: friendly, helpful, and ready to sort you out without hovering. Solid spot, no drama.

The owners were really nice and helpful. The room was clean, and had everything we needed. The small patio in front of the room was very handy, especially when drying our clothes.

The location is a bit remote, but nothing that can't be managed.

We loved this place. We booked last minute and its in a perfect location away from the busy town. Only a 5 minute drive. We were hesitant to book because of the other reviews about the crossing of the beach it was no problem at all but I do recommend renting a moped.

Not much that we didn’t like about this place however think it is a little overpriced as we stayed elsewhere also nearby that had a pool, bigger room and overall a bit nicer for the same price.

It was in a quiet location, had drinking water and a microwave in the tea and coffee area.

Our initial room had a lot of ants to the point where we had to move. But the second room was absolutely fine. The air conditioning unit was also quite loud.

Clean and modern space. Very peaceful on the edge of the village. 2 minutes to a few cafes and restaurants and only 15 minutes walk to El Nido resort proper.

Air con controls were broken so it was just on or off - no adjustment.

- Lovely staff, speaking good English - Free water refill - Spacious room with AC - Comfortable bed and pillows - It seems they've listened to previous customer complaints about the bathroom stones — the floor has now been renovated (see picture) - Boat tours (A-D) and transport to other cities available for the same standard price offered everywhere - Free transport to the Townsquare - Laundry service available (affordable prices, same-day service at 85 PHP/kg) - Small terrace with plenty of space to hang clothes and towels - Quiet Location - Great internet (but not the Hutch Wifi, ask for the dadadidi 5G!) - They rent bikes for 500 PHP (fuel not included) - Very cute dog and a fluffy cat as a bonus - Power backup generator — useful during the occasional power cuts in El Nido

- The location could be a challenge for some: due to ongoing road construction, the only way to access the hotel is by walking along the beach for about 100 meters. After that, there's a proper road. However, only motorbikes and tricycles can reach the hotel — cars and vans can't. Occasionally, during high tide, you may have to walk through ankle-deep water along that beach stretch. Tricycles may also be unable to reach the hotel during these times. High tide usually happens after 6–7 PM, but not always. - It can be a bit noisy in the early morning (around 7–8 AM) due to guests gathering for tours - you can hear people talking outside. - There’s no sheer curtain, only blackout curtains (though they said sheer ones will be added soon). This means that during the day, if you open the blackout curtains for light, people can easily see into your room. - The power backup generator doesn’t support the water heater, so there’s no hot water during a power outage. - The AC (Bostonbay unit) is slightly noisy. - In case of internet issues, note that mobile data reception is poor — it seems to be a dead zone for some providers. - Didnt like that they charge 500 PHP to the airport, when the tricycles at town square charge 300 PHP (get the number of one of them and write them via WhatsApp) Still.... Overall - Highly recommend !!!
